GOD WILL DO IT QUICKLY

It is not Gods will for you stay in a place of hardship, suffering and toil for long. His will is to bring you out to bring you in, not to bring you out to take you round then finally in.

Deut 6:23 NIV – But he brought us out from there to bring us in and give us the land he promised on oath to our ancestors.

Colossians 1:13 NLT – For he has rescued us from the kingdom of darkness and transferred us into the Kingdom of his dear Son,

As a matter of fact, referencing Hosea 4:6, it is our lack of knowledge and ignorance of His word that causes man to stay in a place of wandering wondering for longer than he should. We read in Deuteronomy 1:2 that the 40 year journey through the desert would have normally taken the Israelites 11 days.

Deuteronomy 1:2 TLB – Normally it takes only eleven days to travel from Mount Sinai to Kadesh-barnea, going by way of Mount Seir.

Life is a journey, like any standard journey, life takes time, movement and direction. Move in the direction of the word of God and shorten the time to get to your promised land.

In the book of Job we see Jobs suffering coming to an end after he came to the true knowledge of who God really was i.e revelation of God.

Job 42:5 KJV – I have heard of thee by the hearing of the ear: but now mine eye seeth thee.

Eyes here does not mean your physical eyes but rather your spirit / heart.

Ephesians 1:18 NIV – I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people,

With all your knowing, get understanding, Proverbs 4:7

It is getting a revelation of God that will bring a permanent and quick end to your valley season. It is getting a revelation of the finished works on the cross and accepting the GRACE and love of Jesus that will save you. The suffering was was never meant to last long.

Psalms 81: 13 – 14 – “If my people would only listen to me, if Israel would only follow my ways, how QUICKLY I would subdue their enemies

Did you notice the quickly? Listen to God, the Bible is the word of God, listen to it, follow His ways, Jesus said He is the way (John 14:6), Jesus is the word of God (John 1:1-2, John 1:14), therefore follow the ways the Bible says. Poverty, sickness, suffering etc are your enemies, God wants to subdue them quickly.

Luke 8:18 CEV – He will surely hurry and help them. But when the Son of Man comes, will he find on this earth anyone with faith?

God is saying to you today, turn back to His word and stop wandering in life, stop going round in circles, stop having to put up with what you really do not need to, stop settling for less.

Let me give you a simple illustration, when explorers get lost, they usually pull out their compass and locate north, once you get your north then it becomes simple and direct to get accurate and direct directions to your destination. If you are feeling lost today, feeling like you have wandered about life for far too long, if you keep wondering why you are wandering, feeling like some situations and unwelcome circumstances have lingered in your life for too long, if you are feeling like things are taking too long, then God is saying to you today to turn north. North is always true and definite, north will never misguide you, north will always help you get direction, north will always point you right. Locate your north, His word is the true north, it is constant and consistent, it never changes, it is reliable, it is the truth, the way and leads you to the life. Go back to His word, get your Bible and get your own revelation of who He really is and what He really said and what He is saying to you

Deut 2:3 TLB – You have been wandering around in this hill country long enough; turn to the north.

One day after writing this, the Holyspirit showed me something very interesting, just to prove that indeed, your north is God. Allow me to share, it is mind blowing and fascinating.

Psalms 75:6 – For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south.

Notice there is no mention of north. East, west and south are captured and north is conspicuously left out. Why? Let us read verse 7

Psalms 75:7 – But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another.

Did you see it? Amazing is it not? Its my prayer that the eyes of your heart be enlightened and that you get the revelation.

God wants to do it quickly and He will. Get His word that is full of grace and truth (John 1:14) and on stand His word. Let Jesus lead you you, guide you and protect you. Living life without constant communion with the word, is the main reason behind the oppression and wandering of many

Zechariah 10:2 NIV -………………….. Therefore the people wander like sheep oppressed for lack of a shepherd.

God through His word will guide you and protect you.

Palms 23:1-3 NIV – The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake.
