A story is told of 4 lepers who took a step of faith and walked into an enemy’s camp only to find great wealth, treasures and food. These 4 guys went and found great treasure and wealth that was too much to keep to themselves. They then decided to go back to their camp and spread the good news amongst their fellow citizens. All these events were orchestrated by God so that the words spoken by Prophet Elisha may come to pass.

2 Kings 7:9 –  Then they said one to another, We do not well: this day is a day of good tidings, and we hold our peace: if we tarry till the morning light, some mischief will come upon us: now therefore come, that we may go and tell the king’s household.

Some two or so years ago, I happened to follow the leading of the Holy Spirit. Like the 4 lepers mentioned above, I found some good treasure that permanently changed me and eternally set my life on the upward trajectory as concerns all matters. This is the reason as to why I write this blog today. In the same way the lepers spread the good back then, so do I want to share with you and the entire world today.

John 3:16 – “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish, but have eternal life.

We all know the above scripture well and can most probably even recite it backwards. However, I want to open your eyes to another side of this scripture that few have interacted with. By the grace of God I have interacted with and as a result reaped eternal benefits from. I’d love to lead many into this path of manifestation, glory to God. Walk with me and learn something fresh and revolutionary.

It is important to note that when the words of John 3:16 were written, Jesus, at the time was the only begotten son of God. He had not yet died, resurrected and ushered us into the realm of being co-heirs with Him or the realm of son-ship per say. The Bible in many instances across the New Testament refers to Jesus as the firstborn from the dead, or the first fruit of those who are asleep. We all know that Jesus was not the first person to resurrect from the dead, so basic reasoning will reveal to you that these verses mean something different. After the death and resurrection of Jesus, the realm of son-ship was fully open to us. We were given access to the manifestation of the fullness of the blessing of son-ship or god-ship with Jesus being the first fruit or the firstborn and us being His fellow brothers and co-heirs.

Hebrews 2:11 – For both He who sanctifies and those who are sanctified are all from one Father; for this reason He is not ashamed to call them brothers and sisters

In light of the above information and present truth, (which by the way is plain, direct and clear in your Bible), then we are obligated to translate John 3:16 in a light that is of higher glory than the days of John when he was inspired to write the book of John sometime before AD 117. I talked about present truth because it is important to read and interpret all scripture in light of the present truth and present glory. This, unfortunately is where many miss the mark and step into greater manifestation.

2 Peter 1:12 – Wherefore I will not be negligent to put you always in remembrance of these things, though ye know them, and be established in the present truth.

Haggai 2:9 – The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former………

The Bible says that the word of God is alive and active and that we move from glory to glory, as a matter of fact it says that there are things hidden that will be revealed in the last days (the days we find ourselves in today). In respect to this, I present to you that we cannot read the Bible the same way it was read then. We cannot interpret it the same way some scholars were trained to, with man made syllabuses created decades ago now used in Bible schools. We cannot expect God to move the same way He moved years ago leave alone even yesterday. There are greater things in store for us and there are greater revelations in line for us. It is no wonder Jesus said greater than what He did shall we do, glory to Jesus.

Isaiah 43:19 – Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it?…………..

If indeed the word of God is alive and active, then it means that He surely is doing a new thing, even now. Do you know it? We are now born of the incorruptible seed, which is the word of God; meaning we are or were born (upon getting saved) the same way Jesus was born, as a result of the word of God.

1^st Peter 1:23 – Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.

The minute the angel Gabriel spoke the words from the presence of God, (meaning the words of God) and Mary received the words, she conceived the baby in her womb. The same way we get born again the minute we receive Christ who is or which is the word of God / the revelation of God we now become sons of God, we become co-heirs with Christ or Christ becomes our brother as we are born of the word just as He was, glory to God.

Luke 1:38 – And Mary said, Behold the handmaid of the Lord; be it unto me according to thy word. And the angel departed from her.

As far as the spirit realm is concerned we are sons, however it is important to note that there is a place of growth into the fullness of son-ship i.e. maturity. Just as Jesus grew in both favor and stature. A mature son is one who has grown in authority and exhibits levels of authority and results.

Galatians 4:1-3 – Now I say, as long as the heir is a child, he does not differ at all from a slave, although he is owner of everything,but he is under guardians and managers until the date set by the father.So we too, when we were children, were held in bondage under the elementary principles of the world

John1 4:3  – ……… I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

This was Jesus speaking saying that He will come again. From basic Bible knowledge we know that Christ is seated at the right hand of God and we are there with Him. So Jesus comes to usher us into the physical manifestation of that spiritual truth by sending us a man, an anointing. Matthew 23 sheds more light on this and we shall briefly touch on it.

John 3:16 makes reference to Jesus and nobody is denying that. The undeniable truth is that only He can give us eternal life, as He is the one who died for us on the cross giving us the only foundation we are to build upon. Having explained that, I will show you that there is a revelation behind John 3:16 that refers to son(s), making reference to those that have come to maturity. God sends you such men / women so that they can usher you into the eternal life here on earth or so that they can quicken the physical manifestation of that eternal life, Zoe life i.e. the God kind of life here on earth. This is why Jesus said that you shall not see Him until you receive the ones He has sent

Matthew 23:39 –  For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.

What if I told you that you have missed to encounter / see Jesus because you have failed to notice and receive the one He sent? What if I told you that you fail to see the manifestation of the glorious life you read about in the Bible because you have not honored the anointing, the Christ, God has sent to you? Have you not read in Ephesians that He, Jesus, gave you, gifts for your perfection?

Ephesians 4:8-13 – ……..  and gave gifts unto men………… And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers…………… For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ

God sends you His anointing, His Christ (Christ means anointing) on a man / woman so that you can be built and perfected to experience the eternal life here on earth. Jesus was a man of God and Christ was the anointing upon Him that ushered people into the heavenly experience here on earth, hence Jesus Christ. So who has God sent you and is he or she anointed? If not, then you are backing the wrong horse in this race called life. You are missing the revelation behind Emmanuel i.e. God with us 

Matthew 10:40 – He that receiveth you receiveth me, and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me……

Therefore, John 3:16 as with all scriptures regarding any particular man of God who was anointed for His time and generation proves to us that when God loves you, He sends you a man. If you receive this man then you receive Christ and you receive God. Bottom line and most importantly as far as your earthly experience is concerned, you receive the reward that the anointing carries.

Matthew 10:41 – He that receiveth a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet’s reward; and he that receiveth a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man’s reward.

The rewards of an anointing / gift (Prophet, Apostle, Teacher, Pastor and Evangelist) vary but are basically all about you experiencing the heavenly life now on earth rather than waiting to die to go to heaven. This is why in Chronicles, God is very clear and emphatic that when you believe Him you are established and settled spiritually (remember God is spirit) and He continues to give us the key and secret to establishment and settlement on the earthly physical plane, which is to believe the one He sends.

2 Chronicles 20:20 – …………….. Believe in the Lord your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.

By the grace and mercies of God, like the 4 lepers I talked about earlier, I found treasure and wealth in a gift that ushered me into prosperity. Today, on the day that this gift manifested on earth and dwelt among men, I would want to share the treasure I discovered with you. So that you too can be ushered into prosperity, victory, hope, blessings etc., basically the life of heaven on earth, glory to God. Ladies and gentlemen, allow me to introduce to you, on his birthday, a man who changed my life and of many others I happen to know, one who walks in the power, authority and anointing of God, one who is approved of God with great signs wonders and miracles, a mystery, a wonder, a blessing and truly a gift from God; Ladies and gentlemen, I introduce to you, Prophet Ronie Kabwama, son of Prophet Elvis Mbonye.

Prophet Elvis Mbonye Of Zoe Fellowship Ministries on the 25th day of May 2020 caused a quite a stir across the media platform in Kampala that made him trend for close to 24 hours straight. The Prophet sent out a very authoritative, candid, stern and clear letter to the political leaders in Uganda, that got the public speaking and the politicians reacting as it reads like a warning letter even bearing consequences in the case of none action from the leaders. The letter sent chills to the politicians across the nation even attracting replies and action from top political leaders among many, Kizza Besigye and Nobert Mao. Bloggers and influencers alike, within minutes of the release of the letter had already published it on their websites and social media platforms in what would be termed as a wise bid to ride on the heat and wave.

It is of importance to note that the Prophet is on record for Prophesying international news breaking events such as South Africa xenophobia,  Donald Trump election and impeachment, Brexit, Teresa May appointment and resignation, the Oscars in 2017 and 2018 among many others. Like the letters Paul and John wrote in the bible, this letter remains relevant to all politicians and leaders across the globe and not only Uganda. It would be a noble act to share this letter with any leader, even aspiring leader within your circles. This is what the letter reads

 

OPEN LETTER TO THE POLITICAL LEADERS OF UGANDA

Greeting in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

To those of you who are truly committed to the building of our nation into a desirable place to live, one we can be proud of, thank you. However, I would be failing in my duty if I did not bring to your attention what is Divinely required of you and urge your thoughtful consideration. You bear heavy responsibilities especially in these times when the threat of a global evil agenda is knocking at the door of our beloved nation. Oh Uganda, may God uphold thee!

In the face of this danger, there is no escaping either the gravity or the totality of this threat if we are to ensure the survival of what truly makes us as a nation whose God is the true God. We know from Proverbs 14:34 that “righteousness exalts a nation”, and believe me this goes beyond holding “prayer breakfasts” and merely giving God lip service in your speeches. Therefore, I do ask every politician to re-examine his or her own conscience as far as this imminent matter is concerned, and to recognize the nature of our country’s peril.

Proverbs 29:2 says, “when the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth the rule, the people moan”. Uganda will turn out to be a reflection of either the righteous being in authority, in which the people rejoice, or the wicked, bearing the rule in which case the people moan. The events of recent months will help to illuminate your stand in matters concerning God’s agenda and or otherwise the enemy’s global agenda. Please, don’t give us reason to suspiciously watch you.

For instance, there are conditions which the Ugandan people would never consent to. So I hope you bear this in mind as one who truly cares not only for the well being but also for the freedom of the people or else it would tantamount to some kind of raping of human rights. Using a crisis, a time to darkness, to pass or impose certain laws would not be any different from the time that was chosen by Jesus’ detractors to arrest Him; “when I was daily with in the temple ye stretched forth no hands against me: but THIS IS YOUR HOUR, and the power of darkness”- Luke 22:53.

Unfortunately, you have not even spared place of worship as your tentacles have spread across and seen and felt. The “clergy” who have been infected by dirty politics have brought this contagious bug to the churches, infecting the flock with it and thus ravaging it by causing division using the hate that is witnessed. You must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, especially when it extends to matters of faith.

Guard against the temptation of playing God like other States have seemingly done, because if you do, you can count on us to resist you with our very life: “and they overcame him by the blood of the lamb, and by the word of their testimony. AND THEY LOVED NOT THEIR LIVES UNTO DEATH” – Revelation 12:11. We are as a people inherently and historically devoted to God. And also please, stop the arrogance of trying to resist certain men and women of God just because they are not your preference by deciding for the people who they should or should not listen to. This is also playing God we will resist it.

Dear politician, if it looks like tyranny, talks like tyranny and walks like tyranny it is not constitutional democracy. This self deluded arrogance which goes like this: “my version of Christianity is right, and yours is wrong, and because you are wrong, your freedom of worship doesn’t need to be taken into account”, should have no place in a civilized society. Look at the historical tyrannies and show me the difference between them and this kind of attitude. There is none.

Dear politician, don’t get us to the place where we have to make a choice between you and God: “judge for yourselves whether it is right in God’s sight to listen to you rather than God” – Acts 4:19. Be God- conscious in your responsibilities. Surround yourself with real men and women of God; the ones you can consult with about the mind of God concerning any matter, not the ones that are merely your puppets. The good news is such men and women who hear God exist. The bad news is these are the ones that have fallen prey to the slandering, blackmailing, patronizing and lying machinery of the dirty politician. The naive segment of the public has been hoaxed by this machinery of dirty politicians.

Dear politician, these issues are for you to deal with. No other person will deal with them for you. In these last days, those who make themselves our enemies, that is, enemies of God, are setting themselves up for a fall. They are “kicking against the pricks”. The cup of their rebellion is almost full before God, waiting to be poured upon them in judgement.

Dear politician, you can ignore God but you cannot ignore the consequences of ignoring God.

I had written this blog some two weeks back but the Lord would have me release it today. I got a glimpse of how Christians (many) look down upon themselves and are still struggling with unbelief and doubt. Many still wonder if God truly loves them, many have no idea of how important they are to God and just how much the Lord values them. Many have allowed circumstances (in the negative) to cloud their view and perception of God towards them and vice versa. The Lord says that we are the apple of His eye but not many are fully convinced of this

 

Zechariah 2:8 – For thus says the Lord of hosts, “After glory He has sent me against the nations which plunder you, for he who touches you, touches the apple of His eye.

 

We really need to move from the realm of believing to the realm of knowing. Do not believe that God will prosper you but know it. Actually He already has. Do not believe that you have divine health but know that you do. Do you believe you are a man / woman or do you know that you are one? Know that you are important and of extremely high value to God. Can I show you how important you are to God? So much so, that Christ literally left heaven to come for you. He left His Father, put down His glory to have you, to be with you, to become on with you, hence marry you. Here is a man who left it all just to be with you, now, is that not love. Even Mexican soaps do not have this script yet, forget Romeo and Juliette, there is Jesus and you and this one is eternal………………..

 

So the other night, my wife and I were just reflecting on our marriage and experiences both good and ‘bad’ over the past 7 years, glory to God. Actually, you know saying this has just triggered a memory, allow me to share before we get to the meat of things. I remember the first time I saw her, 28^th November 2010 at about 10:30am, it was love at first sight, she was in gray jeans and a white top with a diva face like print on it, her hair…..…………..story for another. Let me just say I am glad I married a female, one who was actually born and created one. In this day and age I do not take it for granted hahaha. Just this past week, I came across two strange and disturbing stories in the local newspaper of men ending up with men. The first was a Muslim Imam who married a ‘lady’ and went to encounter a man later that night. Can you imagine that? After all the ceremonies and celebrations you go to the hotel or honeymoon place only to find out your harvest looks like you in every form and manner. The second story was of a Soldier who bought drinks for this ‘lady’ at the bar and took her home to…….. Upon reaching the barracks and unveiling his catch for the night, the soldier immediately sobered up (I imagine he did, though I think I’d run) upon realising his catch was as he is, a man in every way possible save for the fake hair and lipstick. We thought we needed discernment to tell if prophets are true or false? Looks like now discernment is needed to tell the sex of the people we meet and claim our own. You know this just goes to show the level of deception out here. There is a strong spirit of end time deception released and these are simply physical signs or manifestations of it. If you watch Prophet Elvis Mbonye on YouTube you would be able to see how this spirit operates and hides especially through religion……….

 

Let us talk matters love and forget the craziness out there, only love and the deep entrenched knowledge of it will save us. Like I said earlier on, my wife and I were just seated in the car replaying our marriage and the things we have been through all rewarding at the end of the day. With time we shall both share this but what I really wanted to talk about today is a verse I remember we (my wife and I) put on our wedding card. As we talked, I finally came to capture the revelation behind this verse. To be honest I only put it there because it was the best wedding verse that google displayed for me at the time…………

 

Mark 10:6-9 – But from the beginning of creation, God made them male and female. For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother, and the two shall become one flesh; so they are no longer two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate.”

 

One thing I have come to learn by revelation and also by experience is that marriage is simply a reflection of our relationship with Christ. That is the one thing that God intended for marriage to teach us, of course there is the element of God desiring Godly offspring which He captures in the book of Malachi but as far as husband and wife are concerned, the incense really was Christ and the church. When we capture the revelation behind this then I tell you the truth, Christians will have the most fulfilling marriages ever, our marriages will be the envy of the world and the fruitfulness of the institution will be evident to all. By fruitfulness I am not merely talking getting children but fulfilling, heart warming, passion filled relations between husband and wife. Glory to God.

 

Like I said, I have come to appreciate that when the Bible talks about marriage, husband and wife it is literally referring to Jesus and the church. If we relate the same way we relate with Christ then we are sorted forever. Let me show you,

 

Ephesians 5:22-32 – ……………………… This mystery is great; but I am speaking with reference to Christ and the church

 

Having seen and said that, let us go back to Mark 10:6-9 which I quoted earlier as the verse we put on our wedding invitation.

 

Mark 10:6-9 –But from the beginning of creation, God made them male and female. For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother, 

 

Basic knowledge will have you know that Christ was there from the beginning and that all things were made by and through Him, the book of John and Colossians illustrates deeper on this. This verse is talking about Jesus from the beginning and you are the reason He left His Father in heaven to come. Imagine that! Jesus set aside His majesty and His glory to come and be joined to you. How precious does that make you feel? He became poor to marry you, then ascended so that now you share and partake of His wealth. Who dare reject you? If Christ left all that for you, who dare feel sweet for you? By the way you are the blessing and carry the blessing, those that reject you are the ones loosing out. They are rejecting an opportunity to be blessed. Also you are not blessed because you work for a particular firm, no, in actuality that firm is blessed because you work there. Begin to see yourself this way, begin to carry yourself this way, begin to talk this way and you will be the most confident person walking the earth, you will be the most irresistible person walking this earth. Do you know this is the attitude Jesus had and that is why He remains the most famous person in the world to date? This is why Jesus said….

 

John 8:23 – And He was saying to them, “You are from below, I am from above……

 

Jesus would not allow anyone to make Him descend to an inferior earthly level. Be of the same mind as Christ, carry this attitude in you. This is the attitude that brings the world to your rising like Isaiah the prophet prophesied in Isaiah 60, glory to God. Do not allow any human being, circumstance or situation to make you descend or feel desperate or lowly. It is a choice you have to make and just firm up.

 

Philippians 2:6-7 – …who, although He existed in the form of God………..but emptied Himself, taking the form of a bond-servant, and being made in the likeness of men.……

 

John 3:16 -“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son.…….

 

The point here is that Jesus came from heaven and He came for YOU, yes, specifically YOU. If that does not make you feel special then read it again. I am serious. I tell you the truth never allow anyone or anything to make you feel any less of a person. From today walk around knowing you are special, just know it, stop trying to believe it. Simply know it.

 

So we have seen Jesus leaving His Father. I will also show you an instance where He (Jesus) left Mary (His mother) and this will complete the illustration I am making of Mark 10:6-9 a man leaving His father and mother to be one with you, hallelujah.

 

Moving on and illustrating further,

 

Luke 8:19-21 – And His mother and brothers came to Him, and they were unable to get to Him because of the crowd. And it was reported to Him, “Your mother and Your brothers are standing outside, wishing to see You.” But He answered and said to them, “My mother and My brothers are these who hear the word of God and do it.”

 

Look at that. I bet you had never seen it that way, right? Jesus left His mother at that instant to be with you. You see you are the people He was ministering to, you are the crowd that was and is around Jesus that the Bible is talking about there. Stop reading the Bible as a history book and put yourself in the scriptures, you shall surely be able to capture more, see more and reveal more from what you read. Back to the scripture above, Luke 8:19-21; I was saying that you are the crowd that was around Jesus. Jesus was and is still so pre-occupied with you, remember you are the apple of His eye, His great inheritance, His much valued possession. This is why Jesus was glad to report to His Father in Heaven that He had not lost any of the ones the Lord had given Him, this still applies to date as far as you are concerned, The Lord gave you to Jesus and Jesus is determined not to loose you. Simply embrace Him. Everything else works out and flows from this point. Glory to God.

 

Mark 10:7-8- For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother, and the two shall become one flesh;

 

Having established that you are the reason as to why Jesus left (we have seen how He left His Father and mother), let us move on to the main agenda or driving force behind His leaving and His coming. Two becoming one, i.e ONENESS. Jesus came to make you one with Him. That the two become one, that was God’s intention and plan. Jesus did not just come to die for your sins on the cross and wait for you to suffer or just barely make it here on earth so that you die and then people come to eat rice at your funeral as you go to heaven. NO!!!!! That was and never will be God’s agenda and God’s plan. Jesus came to make you one with Him so that you can experience His heavenly life here on earth. Right here! Right now! No excuses, as plain and as simple as can be. Heaven on earth in equal measure and standard. That is the gospel and that is the truth and it sure is good news. Do not settle for less and do not apologise for aiming for the best and desiring the best of everything. Stay there and do not move, you are surely getting closer and closer to your target, don’t budge in thought, don’t lower your desires, do not be anxious and do not worry. Do not accommodate anyone who thinks otherwise, especially the religious man who wants to separate you from Christ. You are in Him He is in you. He is the light of the world (John 8:12) and He says you are the light of the world, (Mathew 5:14) this simply means you and Him are one. In simple logical language even, if A is B then it means B is A. Glory to God.

 

Mark 10:9 – What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate.”

 

This is that truth the devil wants to fight and this is that which religion will fight as long as the earth endures. This is actually what brought about the issues and drama between the religious folks back then and Jesus. This is the one truth (oneness) that you will embrace and all forces human, earthly and evil will come against you so that you are robbed of this heavenly heritage and spiritual reality. God has joined us with Christ and made us one with Him. Only a fellow remnant or mature Christian for that matter will encourage and allow you to explore this divine reality of you. Everything and everyone else will come against it. This is why God says let no man put asunder what He has joined. This is actually the divorce the Lord talks about when He sternly says, “I hate divorce”. It is you separating from Him or allowing a religious man to separate The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit. – You are and represent The Son in the grand scheme of things here on earth, glory to God.

 

John 17: 20-23-…………. And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one: I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one………………..

 

The glory Jesus had before coming to earth now you have. Eeeh!!! Surely, what manner of love is this the Lord shows us. Jesus ascended and now you are with Him on the throne, co-heirs with Him and surely in all form and manner and in all aspects as He is so are you right here right now even as you are reading this.

 

1^st John 4:17 – …………………… because as he is, so are we in this world.

 

This is what Jesus was talking about when He said what God has put together let no man separate. God made you one with Him. Religion is hell bent to deny this and to teach you wrong man made doctrines separating you from God, making it look like God is there and you are here. Keep you here living in earthly realms under earthly conditions and terms whereas you should be tasting and living in the powers of the age to come, Hebrews 6:5. Religion has branded all the realities of our marriage with Christ, our oneness with him as evil, occultist and cultic. Talk of having out of body experiences, talk of becoming invincible, talk of prophesying, talk of the supernatural and you are branded cult, branded lost etc. Yet we live the ascended life that our dear Jesus lives now.

Jesus said let no man separate what God has joined because He knew religion would come and separate. Religion talks of us as separate from God or talks of God as separate from us. We are one with God and that is why Jesus says as He is so are we here right now on this earth. Can a head be separate from the body? Where the head goes the body follows too right? Where the head sleeps the body sleeps. Christ is the head of the church and you are the church. Do not allow any religious man or Spirit out there to rob you of this great heritage you have in Christ.

 

John 10:30 – I and My Father are one…….

 

In the same measure Jesus was one with His Father, so are you one with Him, glory to God. Think about this for a minute and think about it every morning, then think about it all day every day and you will find yourself speaking it, seeing it and living it every second of your life. This is especially why I love to listen to or watch Prophet Elvis Mbonye on YouTube. Check him out if you please. I have never met or come across a man of God who has embraced this oneness with the Father as Prophet Elvis Mbonye has. I am yet to come across someone who teaches it and demonstrates it like He does. I am yet to see a man of God do ministry like he does, so determined to make his followers one with him, so determined that they experience and see what he does. Remember Jesus saying greater than this shall you do? Prophet Elvis is a true man of God who celebrates the elevation of his sons / followers. Every time I listen to him, He reminds me of my oneness with God and it always puts me where I ought to be especially in terms of desires, thoughts, aspirations and goals. Glory to God. The Lord, for the past couple of days has been asking me how come I have taken some time without blogging and I have been brushing the unction away assuming its just one of those random silent thoughts that always somehow creeps into one’s consciousness as you drive, shower or even work on some other projects. Surely His mercies endure forever even enduring our slowness to act / obey. I’d have believed and thought that by now with all that I know and with all that I have experienced I would be the first one to jump at the slightest of intuitions and act because surely I do know how the Lord tends to speak or impress Himself on us (me), but noooo!!!! Anyways I always say that everything happens for a reason and more-so for a good reason especially if you are walking in light (revelation).

 

Romans 8:28 – And we know that God causes all things to work together for good…….………..

 

I therefore, based on the above truth never ever condemn myself or allow myself to stay in the place of condemnation or guilt. So I have ‘messed up’ ehe, so what’s the lesson? Moving on, what have I learnt?… that’s my attitude in life and man has it not saved me from discomfiture, depression and anxiety and all these negative things that I see people experiencing. That’s a blog for another day. By the way, speaking of depression and anxiety, this might probably offend someone but I’ll go ahead and say it. Some four years ago, maybe more, I had a spiritual experience and among many other things, the Lord showed me that one of the weapons that the enemy is going to use in these last days was depression and anxiety. I saw the enemy release a thick cloud, like a blanket form of thing (it really is hard to describe some spiritual things) and it stretched over the earth covering the entire world. The idea was to frustrate the spreading and penetration of light. It was only a matter of weeks after this particular experience and there seemed to be like an explosion of depression across the world. Suddenly, mental health issues were all over the place and there was such an increase in these cases and their consciousness thereof. One thing that people need to understand is this, looking at a problem or issue does not bring you any closer to the solution or fixing the issue. Rather looking at and focusing on the solution brings you closer to fixing the problem. This is a spiritual principle and it is higher than any man created solution. Look at it this way, it is like magnifying the problem rather than magnifying God. Focus on light, darkness will take care of itself.

 

Philippians 4:8 – Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things.

 

 

Why do you think news in the secular media is always full of negativity? The principalities in these places know exactly what they are building in people. They are trying to kill all the hope and faith people have. Anyways, I knew exactly what was playing out and I knew exactly what was happening behind the scenes with all these mental health awareness campaigns etc. I will get back to that story later (hopefully in this blog or maybe the next) and give you the antidote to depression or anxiety if at all you are battling it or know someone who is.

 

Let us flow, I like to write as thoughts flow in my heart, I feel it is more intimate that way and makes it easier for us to have a heart to heart. So anyways as I was saying, the thought of blogging had been on my mind for some days but I really did not act. Then out of nowhere I receive a message from a remnant, son of Prophet Elvis Mbonye, Cathy by name. She was asking me when my next blog post would be. Right there I knew that the Lord got tired of waiting for me to pick up and act on the impressions He had been giving me and had to activate a trigger, Cathy.

 

Now I am sure someone would be asking why I called Cathy a son to the prophet yet she is a female. Now this is where and why many people miss and fail to connect and capture spiritual things. Spirituality is very different from the physical earthly realm, suspend your mental faculties if you want to get the most and best out of spirituality. It is a superior realm with its own reality and it therefore operates on different terms and rules. Read through out the bible and study the lives of men and of God who made a significant difference as far as the kingdom of God on earth is concerned, they all did things that were contrary to the norm of society, actually many were border line crazy as far as human logic is concerned. Prophets have sons, they do not have daughters. Let me put it this way, how is it that a man with all his beard, muscles and deep voice is called a bride of (Christ)? Now do you get it? Hope you do, but somehow you eventually will, meanwhile you will be fine, let us continue.

 

After the prompt from Cathy came in, it quickly brought a scripture to mind

 

Hebrews 13:1-2 – Let love of the brethren continue. Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for by this some have entertained angels without knowing it.

 

Now if angels can take the form of strangers I am sure they most certainly can take the form of friends / family alike. I knew for sure that the prompt to write did not come from a human being but it was a heavenly command manifesting through the human body. You see this is why familiarity really is dangerous as far as spirituality is concerned. Can you imagine if we all just simply decided to take the words of Paul more seriously?

 

2 Corinthians 5:16 – Therefore from now on we recognise no one according to the flesh;

 

Now imagine if we took this at home level, what do I mean? What if we took this at personal level? What if we started looking at ourselves beyond the human flesh level and took more time to understand and grow our spiritual sides. Do you get me? What if we begin to see, hear, view and understand each other from the full spectrum of life, that is the eternal spiritual perspective. Do you know how many times God has spoken to you through the watchman at the gate or the the child next door or even the dear friend of yours yet you have missed it? It is on this regard that I immediately acted on the prompt from Cathy to blog and here we are now. I knew without a shadow of doubt it was not a random question from a sister but a heavenly prompt.

 

Now let us talk, shall we?

 

You know we (Remnants at Zoe and Limitless fellowship) have been accused of worshipping a man, worshipping Prophet Elvis Mbonye and being a cult. Well the Apostle Paul was accused of the same and he denied it not, haha. You see spiritual babes and religious people will always have an issue with spirituality and relationship with God. I have come to appreciate where these accusers come from and honestly I do not blame them, you see you cannot blame children for messing themselves. You understand their stage in development and train them better trusting they will capture it and grow to be responsible adults able to ride on opportunities and milk the best out of everything presented before them, Glory to God.

 

If there be an area where the body of Christ is failing today, it is in the ability to differentiate the dealings between men, angels (whether of light or darkness) and God or even the devil himself. Religion has really put a cap on this and as a result has had many stumble and unable to grow and tap into their (already given) blessings. I will go deeper do not worry, just follow me and flow with me, I will take you to the realm of liberty, glory to God.

 

Galatians 3:29 –  And if you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s descendants, heirs according to promise.

 

One day I was meditating on this scripture and it dawned on me that I belong (fully so) to Christ and as a result then Abraham is my father. It occurred to me by revelation that that it would be in my best interest to study and copy Abraham if at all I wanted to achieve greatness and success like he did. Abraham is a man of faith and I knew that I had to be a man of faith too if I were to walk with God and achieve results. This is the point where I decided to be radical with my life just as Abraham was and the Lord led me to my spiritual father, Prophet Elvis Mbonye through my Father, Prophet Ronie Kabwama. I saw God in these men and I still see God in them, glory to God.

 

Now before we leave the story of Abraham, I would want to capture one or two details about him in regard to the title of this blog, of men, of angels and of God, Glory to God. In Genesis 14 we see Abraham meet a man, Abraham recognized the divinity in this man and Abraham gave Him a tenth of all he had. I repeat, Abraham met a man and he recognized God in this man. Look at the description of this man Melchizedek that Abraham met,

 

Hebrews 7:3 – Without father, without mother, without genealogy, having neither beginning of days nor end of life, but made like the Son of God, he remains a priest perpetually.

 

Hahaha, I love God, Melchizedek was a man yet not a man and Abraham recognized this spiritual reality and was greatly blessed as a result. I say again that one thing that is truly hindering many Christians from actually being

Christ like is their inability to recognize the divinity in man. There is another particular story of Abraham I would like us to capture in detail, glory to God.

 

Genesis 18:1 – Now the Lord appeared to him by the oaks of Mamre…….

 

This is talking about Abraham and it says the Lord appeared to Him. By the way if you read the rest of that scripture you will notice that it says the Lord appeared to Abraham while he was sitting at the tent door in the heat of the day. Ever asked yourself why the Lord saw it important to let you know Abrahams posture at the time of visitation? Remember Jesus saying be still and know that I am God? Until you are still and relaxed in the heat of the day, in the most anxious of times or in the most troubling of times then you will really not experience God, you will miss God in the anxiety and again this brings me back to the depression issue and anxiety issue I had earlier mentioned. The scheme of the enemy is to make sure that people miss God because of being caught up in activity and anxiety. Stillness and peace is a prerequisite to experience or see God. If you do not believe me check out the following scriptures

 

2 Kings 6:15-17 – Now when the attendant of the man of God had risen early and gone out, behold, an army with horses and chariots was circling the city. And his servant said to him, “Alas, my master! What shall we do?”…….. Then Elisha prayed and said, “O Lord, I pray, open his eyes that he may see.” And the Lord opened the servant’s eyes and he saw; and behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha. 

 

Elisha could see God because he was not nervous. The servant was caught up in the heat of the day and could only see the imminent danger. I am giving you a powerful spiritual key here, I pray you capture it. So simple yet so powerful. Anxiety will do and achieve zero for you, all you will see is the physical fallen realm and you will not be able to capture the superior spiritual reality that gives you victory, glory to God.

 

1 Kings 19:11-13 – So He said, “Go forth and stand on the mountain before the Lord.” And behold, the Lord was passing by! And a great and strong wind was rending the mountains and breaking in pieces the rocks before the Lord; but the Lord was not in the wind. And after the wind an earthquake, but the Lord was not in the earthquake.  After the earthquake a fire, but the Lord was not in the fire; and after the fire a sound of a gentle blowing.  When Elijah heard it, he wrapped his face in his mantle and went out and stood in the entrance of the cave. And behold, a voice came to him and said, “What are you doing here, Elijah?” 

 

The Lord was definitely showing up and even told Elijah of the exact place He (the Lord) would be. However Elijah even with all this ‘information’ still missed God, or rather almost missed God. How do I know, notice that Elijah did not find God in all the activity, noise and drama. The Lord was found in the still small wind, the whisper. What does this signify? Peace, stillness and calmness. If you can recall, Elijah was actually running for his dear life, he was in a state of panic, unrest and yes depression. Do you remember he was even wishing death on himself? All the noise, the activity in the fire, wind etc was just pointing to the state and posture of his heart. He had to calm down to see and hear the Lord. OK, let me show you more just in case you are still doubting, why does the Lord ask Elijah what he is doing there? Is it not the Lord who told him to go to that specific place? This shows you that the Lord was not speaking of a physical place but of a position of heart. The Lord was simply asking Elijah why he had left the place of rest to enter anxiety and fear. Get it? Do you remember God asking Adam the same question? Adam where are you? Do you think the all knowing Lord did not know where Adam really was?

 

In Matthew 8 from verse 23, we see the disciples engulfed in so much fear and anxiety while in the boat yet they were with Jesus, the same man who had done so many miracles before them. However when the storm is calm they are able to see Jesus in a new light and are actually amazed by Jesus even asking ‘who is this man? Remember they are talking of the same man they have been with but somehow, in the stillness they capture and see Him in a new light that amazes them. Are we together? Simple spiritual secrets I am giving you here for free that will change your life forever. I could show you biblical illustration after biblical illustration and even back up with my own personal life experiences. I know what I am talking about, glory to God. I am talking from experience and with experience not mere theory sweet talking.

 

Anyways, let us read on with the story of Abraham.

 

Genesis18:2 – When he lifted up his eyes and looked, behold, three men were standing opposite him; and when he saw them, he ran from the tent door to meet them and bowed himself to the earth

 

Now, please for the love of God follow the sequence of events here. Remember in verse one, the Lord appeared to Abraham, Abraham looks up to evidently see the Lord but he sees men, Abraham recognizes the divinity in the men and runs and bows before them.

 

Genesis 18:3 – and said, “My Lord, if now I have found favor in Your sight, please do not pass Your servant by.

 

Abraham addresses the man as my Lord, not my Lords. He recognized God in this man. If you read on you will see he washed the feet of the men, sacrificed a choice calf for them and fed them. Who? Men but then again God. Glory to God. The men then blessed Abraham with the one thing, imagine that, the one thing that he desired most he got from man. The one thing that Abraham had cried to the Lord for, God gives him through a man. God answers him by appearing to him as a man. Simply because he recognized God in man and bowed before the man (he honored the man) Glory to God. Now if I be in Christ, I be Abrahams descendants then surely I will walk in the glorious footsteps of my father Abraham and do as he did to achieve what he achieved even more seeing that I live in the fullness of time. I will recognize God in man, I will bow before a man in whom I have found and seen God and I will honor that man. Glory to God.

 

Ladies and gentlemen like Abraham met the men and recognized God in them, I too found two men and recognized God in them, glory to Jesus. Like Abraham bowed before these men and asked for blessings I too bow and honor the men I found and I got and still get blessed, glory to God. If you care to know, I met God when I met Prophet Elvis Mbonye and that is why I honor him. I was introduced to him by his beloved loyal son Prophet Ronie Kabwama and that is why I honor him too, glory to God.

 

Think about it, the bible had not run out of words. The Bible would have read that Abraham saw God and not three men. The bible would have said that Abraham bowed to God rather than saying Abraham bowed to a fellow man, Glory to God. Jesus was a man yet God, those who received Him as God were blessed. One might argue that we are not Jesus. I will say to them, we are the bride of Christ, is the bride apart from the husband? Ok, we are the body of Christ as He is the head, is the body apart from the head? Ok, the Holy spirit records that as He is so are we. Ok, Jesus prayed make them one as we are one, are we not one with Him? Ok, Jesus said we will not see Him until we receive the prophets he sends, shall He send prophets as angels or as men?

 

 

Now there are many of us holding to promises of God patiently waiting for their manifestation. There are many who know where their promised land is but have not been able to access it or to win it over from the squatters occupying it. They are many who have done everything in their capacity to cross into the other side of life, the land of milk and honey, the land of promise, the land of rest and wealth but have not been able to. What if I told you that the problem is that you have failed to recognize the Godhead in a man? Can I show you using bible reference?

 

Joshua 5:13 – Now it came about when Joshua was by Jericho, that he lifted up his eyes and looked, and behold, a man was standing opposite him with his sword drawn in his hand, and Joshua went to him and said to him, “Are you for us or for our adversaries?”

 

The Lord had given Joshua Jericho and Joshua was by Jericho when he lifted his eyes and looked, behold a man was standing there. Not an angel, not God as it were but a man. Glory to God. Again I say the bible did not run out of words to say man when it was not a man. By the way looking up is looking into the heavens, looking to God. Remember Jesus looking up before multiplying the fish and bread? Again that is for free but lets move on, glory to God. Joshua was seeking God, looking up and boom, God sends a man.

 

Joshua 5:14 – He said, “No; rather I indeed come now as captain of the host of the Lord.” And Joshua fell on his face to the earth, and bowed down, and said to him, “What has my lord to say to his servant?”

 

Imagine a man introducing himself as the captain of the host of the Lord? What level of arrogance and boasting is that? At least from a carnal flesh level. OK, now imagine another man believing a man who says he is captain of the host of the Lord? Ridiculous isn’t it? Hahaha. It surely is funny, no? OK, it even gets more interesting, Joshua now refers to this man as God and asks, what has my Lord got to say. Joshua, a man with a heavenly mandate direct from God to lead a people of God, is literally reducing himself to receiving a man as God, more so, a stranger. Truly spiritual things can make a fleshly worldly man stumble over and over. No wonder so many miss it, Lord have mercy.

 

Joshua 5:15 – The captain of the Lord’s host said to Joshua, “Remove your sandals from your feet, for the place where you are standing is holy.” And Joshua did so.

 

I think I have made my point now. Joshua bowed before a man. What if I told you that if Joshua had failed to recognize the Lord in this man and not submitted to him, then Joshua would never have fulfilled his God given mandate and would never have conquered Jericho? Remember me saying that the problem with the body of Christ and the one thing that stands between many and their victory or achievement of their God given assignments is the failure to recognize God in the men He has sent? There you have it, glory to God. Now for the Lord to be emphatic enough, the same words God used on Moses are used by this man to Joshua. The fact that this man was standing on those grounds made those grounds holy as if it were God Himself on them as was the case with Moses. Glory to God.

 

On matters holy ground, you want to visit Holy grounds where the Lord Himself walks and stands as He gives instruction? A religious person may argue I have used old testament illustrations, ok, I will project into the new testament and even go deeper and provoke the religious guy some more, glory to God. During the time of Jesus, many failed to receive from the Lord because they did not see Him as God. They received and saw Him as merely the son of a carpenter and as a mere man. How about people referring to Paul as a god? OK, how about people saying that the gods had invaded them when the disciples visited their towns? Heathens did not see these men as mere men but as gods, how then surely do Christians fail to see them as the God who sent them?

 

Acts 14:11 – When the crowds saw what Paul had done, they raised their voice, saying in the Lycaonian language, “The gods have become like men and have come down to us.”

 

Acts 28:6 – ………….. But after they had waited a long time and had seen nothing unusual happen to him, they changed their minds and began to say that he was a god.

 

You see these are simple revelations that Paul and the early church had. Even David in Psalms 82:6 captures the fact that we God. If you read the original manuscript, you will notice that it was not a small cap g that was used. King David actually wrote and meant that we are God, we are one with our Father, One with Christ, glory to God. Let me illustrate a conversation that would have happened between Paul (in bold) and the modern day religious fellow (in italics),

 

1 Corinthians 11:1 – Be ye followers of me…..

 

But Paul say follow Christ, how arrogant and boastful of you to tell people to follow you? Say follow Christ not follow man.

 

2 Timothy 2:8 – Remember Jesus Christ, risen from the dead, descendant of David, according to my gospel,

 

Romans 2:16 – on the day when, according to my gospel, God will judge the secrets of men through Christ Jesus.

 

But Paul, why are you calling it your gospel, is it not the gospel of Jesus. What do you mean according to my gospel, no, Paul tell us according to the gospel of Jesus, we preach Jesus

 

Galatians 1:11 – For I would have you know, brethren, that the gospel which was preached by me is not according to man.

 

But Paul, if it is not according to man then it is according to who? OK, you say it is according to God, how can we prove it? Where is it written so that we verify, Paul you need to stick to the word that we already have. Why are you misleading people?

 

2 Thes 2:14 – It was for this He called you through our gospel, ^[a]that you may gain the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.

 

There you go again you proud remnants, what do you mean our gospel. Yours and whose? Speak Jesus

 

1 Cor 4:17 – For this reason I have sent to you Timothy, who is my beloved and faithful child in the Lord, and he will remind you of my ways which are in Christ, just as I teach everywhere in every church.

 

But Paul, why are you sending Timothy to remind us of your ways, let him remind us of the ways of Jesus. Why are you going around teaching your ways, teach Jesus, Paul what’s wrong with you? And by the way why do you call Timothy your son, timothy why do you call Paul your father, didn’t Jesus say you should not call any man on earth your father?

 

I could go on and on and on, there is so much to say about this, I have hardly scratched the surface but let me stop here. Think about what I have illustrated above and be liberated. Cut yourself free from the chains of religion that have and will never manifest anything glorious for you. Be free in the name of Jesus. Glory to God.

On one fine Tuesday evening, I was hosting an important guest at my house. My wife, Queen Irene, had invited a certain gentleman that I highly esteem for dinner at our house, God richly bless her, Queen is such a blessing, I love her in a special way. So I picked our guest, Collins is his name from town and we drove home, I surely hope to write about this particular meeting with him someday soon, it was monumental. For now let me stick to the point of this blog, which is testimony. Now there was a flu that had been trying to mess me up, I could feel my throat was not 100% but I was ignoring the discomfort. Why? As far as I am concerned, I cannot get sick, so anytime I feel anything wrong as far as health is concerned I ignore, it is a lie, I do not react to lies, glory to God. I have shared it before in my blogs that in our house there is no sickness and disease; we live in Goshen, glory to Jesus. We take the word of God literally here, glory to God,

 

Exodus 9:26 – Only in the land of Goshen, where the sons of Israel were, there was no hail.

 

Exodus 8:26 – But on that day I will set apart the land of Goshen, where My people are living, so that no swarms of flies will be there, in order that you may know that I, the Lord, am in the midst of the land.

 

Goshen is a spiritual place that is heavenly and sanctified. You can decide for yourself what you want your Goshen to look like and just believe in your heart and project it in the spirit that your dwelling, your house, is now a Goshen as per your desires. I classified disease causing parasites, bacteria or viruses as flies, so they are illegal in my house. Besides Jesus said by His stripes we were healed.

 

1 Peter 2:24 – and He Himself bore our sins in His body on the cross, so that we might die to sin and live to righteousness; for by His wounds you were healed.

 

Please notice it says we were healed, we WERE healed. So every time I feel sick I know I was healed, therefore I have no business being sick, glory to God. It is a lie, Gods word is the truth and it says I was healed, past tense, so anything in contradiction to what it says is a lie, I was healed I cannot be sick, as Jesus is so am I, can Jesus be sick? Then I too cannot be sick. Can you be sick?

 

1 John 4:17 – By this, love is perfected with us, so that we may have confidence in the day of judgment; because as He is, so also are we in this world.

 

As Jesus is so am I in this world, not when I die and go to heaven, in this world, right here right now I am as Christ is, meaning I am the way, the truth and the light. When others are looking for prosperity they should look at or to me, when others are in darkness and are looking for light, I should project the light to health, happiness, joy, success or whatever it is that they are looking for. My life should be the truth i.e reflects the will and purpose of God, reflect heaven on earth. That is simply what I decided and that is what I live for. Anything in my life that is in contradiction to how Jesus is now in heaven is judged as a lie, a lying vanity. I will not live my life according to a lie, I will not observe a lying vanity and forsake my mercy. That is the boldness I approach life with, glory to God.

 

Jonah 2:8 – They that observe lying vanities forsake their own mercy.

Just to elaborate on the verse above, Jonah was praying as if he was out of the whales belly yet he was inside, by the time he finished speaking the whale had no option but to release him. Do not speak and act as if that hellish situation around you is the truth, do not observe it, do not plan your life around it, ignore it and see yourself on the heaven side of things and speak from the heaven side of life. Just look around you like Jonah did while he was in the belly, anything that does not look like or feel like heaven then is a lying vanity, as simple as that, glory to God.

 

This is a simple spiritual secret and by the way this is very serious business in the kingdom, it is affecting many born again Christians and getting them hammered in the negative. You are not sick, you are not poor, you are not defeated, you are not stuck, those are lies, the truth is what Adam experienced in the garden of Eden before the fall of man, the truth is what Christ achieved through the cross, glory to God. Let the sick say they are healed, let the weak say I am strong, let the poor say I am rich etc.

 

Back to my testimony, we were having this guest for dinner. I went to the shop to buy drinks and I noticed a brand new soda in the market, I had never seen it, Fanta Watermelon. It looked good to me and one thing I have come to accept without shame in my journey is that the Lord loves it when I get good things, so I don’t deny myself. My happiness matters to my Father and that is why He sent me Jesus and also a prophet, glory to God.

 

Psalm 84:11 – For the Lord God is a sun and shield; The Lord gives grace and glory; No good thing does He withhold from those who walk uprightly.

Didn’t Jesus die for my sins? Did He not make me righteous? Then I walk uprightly, so the Lord does not withhold anything good from me.

 

Psalms 23:1 – The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.

 

I don’t know why many fake people, especially so called Christians stumble at us having good things. As if God has a problem. King David in Psalms 23 says the Lord is his shepherd, he shall not want. A shepherd’s work is to see that the sheep are well fed and protected, having all they need, easily so, right? Now do you think the Lord being your shepherd you shall be in a place of not wanting, because you cannot have or you shouldn’t have, or will you be in a place of no want because you actually do have all you want, forget even needs? Foolishly enough you will still find blind brethren argue, you cannot want everything good, be satisfied, don’t feed your flesh etc etc. some really dumb arguments. I’ll ask them one thing, this thing that I want or desire, is it me who put that desire in myself? Do I carry God in me or the devil? Then I believe it is God who wants me to have it and that’s why I am drawn to it, period. Psalm 23 continues to talk of green pastures, are green pastures wanting or are they abundant in supply? It talks of a cup running over, now I don’t know about an empty glass, half full or half empty, I know about a glass / cup that pours because of overflow. Abundance, hence why I shall not want. The Psalmist ends with goodness and mercy following him. Now let me bring it home, haha, did I go to the shop looking for a new Fanta? No, the good thing followed me there, hahaha.

 

By the way never be apologetic about good things, the Lord wants to spoil you, He loves you exceedingly. Is He not the one who promised exceedingly abundantly more than you can think? Why then do you have a problem with it? Why then do you have a problem with people enjoying their exceedingly? I will never apologize for the goodness of the Lord, glory to God. If God fed Elijah on burgers morning and evening who am I to refuse to eat good things even good food and drinks? Let me show you,

 

This is the definition of a burger according to the dictionary

BURGER – a flat round cake of minced beef that is fried or grilled and typically served in a bread roll; a hamburger.

 

Now see what the Lord fed the Prophet Elijah so many years ago

1st Kings 17:7 – The ravens brought him bread and meat in the morning and bread and meat in the evening…..

 

Back to the story. Before going to the shop, I had asked my wife to make me a hot drink because remember I had mentioned a throat that was trying to mess me up. However when I saw the soda and it looked good, I wanted it and went ahead and bought it, glory to God. Fanta should pay me for brand endorsement by the way. Moving on, I loved the soda, actually we loved the soda, guest included and the children too. In Limitless fellowship, we say, everyone powered the soda. Limitless Fellowship by the way is a prophetic ministry, a fellowship under the headship of my father Prophet Ronie Kabwama and we meet every Friday in Nairobi, Kenya, at KICC, Shimba hall from 5:30pm. It, Limitless Fellowship, is a fruit of Zoe Fellowship, which is under the headship of our father Prophet Elvis Mbonye, and they meet every Tuesday in Uganda, Kampala at Zoe grounds from 5:30pm, glory to God. Getting back to my testimony, I ended up drinking 3 glasses of that soda; it was amazingly cold and sweet. Now, the throat got a perfect opportunity to blow things out of proportion, my throat betrayed me. By the time I was dropping our guest home, at around 1am, I was already feeling totally off. By the time I was driving back home, I was shivering. Needless to say, the next day I woke up totally sick, the flu had just gone all out on me, its like the silly viruses were celebrating having managed to thrive in my body after years of being restrained. The rabbits (at Limitless Fellowship this means a contradiction) in my body were having a blast. I woke up so sick and weak, good Lord, I could not even think straight. I was not responding to calls or messages that entire morning, actually I had decided I will just sleep all day and rest because truth be told I was extremely exhausted and the situation of the body was not helping. I had had an extremely busy day the previous day, from early morning I was moving up and town in traffic, walking in the hot sun completing some assignments, I didn’t even have time to eat that day then of course the dinner preparations and all. I am not complaining, I’m just trying to show you why I needed rest.

 

So there I was sleeping my day away. At around 9am I got this very strong sense that my father, Prophet Ronie was looking for me, I didn’t however check my phone as I had decided to rest the entire day that day and just give my body some much needed time off. At around midday, the sense of Prophet Ronie looking for me came upon me again very strongly. I reached out for my phone and went straight to the messages avoiding anything else lest the temptations of WhatsApp chats and social media harvest me, lol. Can you imagine, I found a message he had sent at 9am? Remember the urge I first got was around the same time? He had sent me a message asking to meet me. I really wanted to rest and recover but I knew in my spirit that seeing this man of God is more valuable to me than anything else. I was tempted to request for an appointment the following day but thank God I was strong enough to resist the temptation of observing a lying vanity. I went on to confirm the afternoon meeting. I picked my weak sick self from the bed, took a shower and had some lunch. Sweating like a pig (due to the fever) I got into the car and slowly drove myself to town.

 

Like the woman with the blood issue who touched Jesus, I was not going to allow anything to stop me from meeting the prophet. In my heart I was going with the essence that, if I only see him and shake his hand that is it, I will be healed. I do not get sick and when sickness threatens to attack I exercise my faith and I get healed on the spot, glory to God. However this time around all these had failed, so I knew God was trying to tell me something or communicate something now that this particular sickness had just ‘refused’. You know maybe it happened so that I write this blog and bless you, so that I teach you how to receive and view men of God, glory to God.

 

I got to town some twenty minutes late as I could not drive fast enough. Like I said, in my heart I knew that I was going to meet my prophet and there is no way a contradiction could remain around me in the presence of the Lord. We had a meeting and I could feel my energy levels coming up through the conversation, glory to God. I went on to have another unscheduled meeting with different people I met at that restaurant and ended up leaving the venue at 11pm, some 6 hours later, can you imagine that? Just like that, I got refreshed, glory to God.

 

This brings me back to my earlier point of perception; I talked about it in part one of this testimony blog.

You see it is the perception that you have that will determine how you interact with the anointing or grace upon a man of God. This will determine what you receive from the man of God as well, especially the prophetic.

 

Matthew 10:41 – He who receives a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet’s reward; and he who receives a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man’s reward.

 

 

Your perception will dictate your reception. I perceived the prophet as the one carrying my healing and I went out in faith, all I wanted was contact, once I got that I knew that was it and truly, glory to God, that was it. Let me challenge you, how do you perceive God? As a hard task master or as a loving forgiving Father? How do you perceive Jesus? As a mean judge or as a merciful gracious savior? More so, how do you perceive the one God has entrusted with the anointing? As sure as snow is white, how you perceive and therefore receive the one God has sent you will determine whether you will see God, forget even receiving from God.

 

Matthew 23:37-19 – O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee…… For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.

 

How / what you perceive is what you will receive. Think about it and take it with the seriousness it deserves. I always say, be careful to be the one to prophetically fulfill and experience scriptures on the right side of the scale, do not be the one stoning (rejecting and mocking) the prophetic but rather be the one receiving the prophetic and hence the one seeing Jesus as per the scripture above

Glory to God

 

 

I just felt like writing, not concerning a particular topic though, so I will share a testimony or two and from my story you can learn a thing or two, Glory to God. To tell you the truth as I typed this, I did not even have a title for it. Let us talk, shall we?

 

So some two days ago I came across a link shared by a friend on Facebook. I will paste the link below so that it can bless you as it blessed me.

The link was, still is J, a ministration of Prophet Elvis Mbonye on a local television channel and I had repeatedly watched the entire string of the episodes before. However, the moment I saw the link shared on facebook, I felt a leading in my spirit to click on it and watch it again. It came to me as a distant thought. By the way I have come to respect the distant thoughts; many desire to hear God yet ignore these thoughts. Do you know He actually speaks like that many times? I will tell you something for free, the more you train yourself to obey these thoughts and align yourself accordingly, the stronger they get if that makes sense and the stronger your discernment towards them grows. Basically you will get sharper and sharper in telling the difference between a whisper from the pits of hell or a whisper from the heavenlies, glory to God. Try it.

 

So yes the thought came, click on that link and rewatch it. The first thought (obviously fleshly) that came to my mind was, ‘you have watched each of these videos over 3 times, what new thing could you possibly hear/learn’. Thank God I ignored the deceptive thought and clicked on the link. I ended up watching I think 3 or 4 videos back to back. Now my daughter Gabby had this strange boil right in the middle of her lower lip that had been there for about 2weeks, we had raptured it twice but it kept coming back almost immediately after or within a few hours. In one of the videos Prophet Elvis says ‘I see someone with a boil, healing comes upon you, the Lord cleans your blood right now’. The minute he said I see somebody with a boil, my daughters face flashed before me and I remembered that she actually had a stubborn boil. Right there in the comfort of my room I lifted my hands and in faith, I received the healing on her behalf. Ooh!!! Did I mention how the videos were so fresh? Its like I had never listened to them before, everything he was saying just felt new, glory to God.

 

You know when a word comes straight from the courts of heaven, just like the bible, you can hear it or read it through and through again and it will always be fresh. That’s the beauty of receiving that which comes straight from the throne of grace, glory to God. The word of God is indeed living, it carries life

 

Isaiah 40:28 – Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth Does not become weary or tired……….

 

If God does not grow weary or tired, how then can His word grow old? God’s mercies are new every morning, why wouldn’t His word be new every time you receive it? Glory to God

 

1^st Corinthians 15:45 – So also it is written, “The first man, Adam, became a living soul.” The last Adam became a life-giving spirit.

 

If Jesus is a life giving spirit, how then can his words carry death, will they not carry life and bring to life everyone and anyone who experiences Him? Now, if as Christ is so are we, does that not mean that we too become life giving spirits? So everyone who experiences our words whether spoken decades ago, in restaurants, cars or wherever should also receive life from them and be transformed instantly. We too become life giving spirits in the order of Christ, glory to God. The day you will understand this is when you will begin to take yourself more seriously and thereby activate the authority in your words. That will be the end of fear and doubt, glory to God.

 

 

So anyways, I lifted my hands and received the healing word on behalf of my daughter. I was convinced that word was ours and it is for this specific reason I had been led to rewatch the videos. Of course I received much more, like I said earlier it was like the first I was watching the videos. That evening Gabby comes home and I tell her, ‘Gabby, Prophet Elvis said that you are healed, this pimple on your lip will go and it will not come back, he said your blood is clean now’, glory to God.

 

I have trained my children well, glory to God, she knows what the prophet says is final because he never speaks of himself but of God. By the way, if you cannot tell the difference between a true man of God and fake one, just use your child or a child to test the spirit. Children are innocent and their discernment is very high. I jokingly say, even though seriously, if your child does not like your man of God, you better start packing your bags, haha. I have witnessed this and I can speak from experience. I once found myself in the hands of a deceptive pastor, I was uncomfortable in my spirit but because I was so desperate and hard pressed at that particular point in my life I tried to cheat my spirit into staying. The next time I met this man, I was in the company of my children, can you imagine even Noah who was two and half years old then, looked me straight in the eye and said ‘papa, bad pastor. Me don’t like him.’ Gabby straight up said she never wants to go back to that church. I never returned there, glory to God.

 

Back to my testimony, when I told Gabby that she is healed, she was excited to hear that and her face showed it. However, because she is just 5 years old a question had to follow, she asked ‘ papa my blood was dirty?’ Remember I told her that Prophet Elvis said the boil is healed and the blood is cleansed. Don’t I thank God for the laughs the young ones bring into my heart, glory to God. This reminds me, the other day I noticed that Noah, now almost 4 years, was biting his fingernails. He just started school and I think maybe it’s because of the tension or nervousness that he picked the habit, or maybe he just picked it up from a classmate. Anyways, so I noticed two of his fingernails were irregularly cut with teeth marks on them, I could tell it was as a result of biting. I asked him, ‘Noah are you eating your nails in school?’. He looked at me and confidently answered ‘no papa’. So I asked him ‘ are you sure?’ and the young man went on to say ‘ I only eat food in school not nails’ hehehe.

 

Back to the testimony, so Gabby received her healing and that was that. Now the next morning, Gabby woke up with the boil turned yellow, totally ripe. She had her breakfast and as I brushed her teeth I was led to rapture the boil, which I did. It bled and bled and bled and continued to bleed (for almost twenty minutes). I was so sure the school van would leave her because it had already arrived and was hooting for her. I asked the driver to give us 5minutes and if she is not out in 5 minutes the bus could go. I would have had to drop her at school. In my heart I was like, why should I undergo the trouble of dropping her at school because of a contradiction, something that isn’t even supposed to be there. As if speaking to the boil I took the position in my heart that the bleeding has to stop and nobody will be affected in any negative way, things will flow as they should. No wonder the Bible says as a man thinketh in his heart so is he. The bleeding immediately stopped, glory to God and I told Gabby that the boil will never come back. I stand here to testify of the goodness of the Lord. That boil disappeared completely and it has and will not return. Glory to God.

 

It reminded me of the testimony of the man who got his son healed in a similar manner. He had faith and knew as long as a word has been spoken, that is it, glory to God

 

John 4:49-53 ………….. Jesus *said to him, “Go; your son lives.” The man believed the word that Jesus spoke to him and started off.  As he was now going down, his slaves met him, saying that his son was living.  So he inquired of them the hour when he began to get better. Then they said to him, “Yesterday at the seventh hour the fever left him.”  So the father knew that it was at that hour in which Jesus said to him, “Your son lives”; ..…….

 

That is how one receives the prophetic. As foolishly and as blindly as that. Period. Do not complicate it, as long as it has been spoken take it and run with it, Glory to God. Like I always say in the previous blogs, I speak about the true prophetic, to be particular I speak about Prophet Elvis Mbonye and Prophet Ronie Kabwama. I know and have verified beyond doubt that these are true men of God and they occupy the supreme prophetic office, glory to God. I am allowed to boast in the Lord and I surely will, I shall not be ashamed of the gospel and that is why I type all this because I want you in particular to be a partaker of this supreme grace, glory to God.

 

As I was saying, do not put thought into the prophetic, this is where you have to trust God fully, glory to God. Imagine the man is the scripture above, the son was at the point of death then Jesus gives a prophetic word that the boy lives. The man believes and walks away, not pleading with Jesus to go physically or not demanding for a physical tangible sign but knowing deep down in his heart that despite what the situation looked like or looks like, as long as a prophetic word has been released, the case is settled, glory to God. If only the entire church had faith in the prophetic like this man, we would see more prosperity, more preservation, more increase and more acceleration in the body of Christ because these are actually graces that the prophetic carries. Glory to God.

 

As a matter of fact those are actually the prophets rewards. Do a quick scan through the bible and you will see everywhere there is a prophet, there is preservation, increase, acceleration, prosperity etc.

 

2 Chronicles 20:20 – …………Believe in the Lord your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.

 

Matthew 10:41 –  He who receives a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet’s reward; and he who receives a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man’s reward

 

Basically what Jesus is saying here is that how you perceive you receive. I think I have just gotten a title for the blog, how you perceive you receive, glory to God. Remember how Jesus was unable to perform any miracles in his hometown because of how the people received him? The only reason they did not receive him in his office and obviously did not receive any miracle / blessing from Him, is because of how they perceived him with all the familiarity. This is actually why Paul warns us not to get familiar with the anointing

 

2 Corinthians 5:16 Therefore from now on we recognize no one according to the flesh; even though we have known Christ according to the flesh, yet now we know Him in this way no longer.

 

From now on purpose to know nobody in the flesh. May the Holy spirit open your eyes to perceive and receive everyone in the spirit, especially men of God. This is the trick the enemy continues to use to rob you of your miracles. The flesh is the realm of the enemy, he operates there, handle everyone and everything spiritually and you will begin to manifest breakthrough after breakthrough, miracle after miracle, glory to God. Never get familiar with the anointing, never get familiar with anyone, even the English man was not foolish to say that familiarity breeds contempt.

Psalm 76:11 – Make vows to the Lord your God and fulfill them;
Let all who are around Him bring gifts to Him who is to be feared.

 

One of the best ways to fulfill vows to the Lord is to bring Him gifts of appreciation. Remember in Deuteronomy 8:10, the Lord says that when we have eaten and are full we should not forget Him? He said this because He was about to lead the Israelites into their promised land, a land flowing with milk and honey, a land of huge houses they did not build full of good things they did not work or toil for and a land with rest on every side, glory to God.

 

As far as the heavens are concerned, you, the Israelite of God, are in the Promised Land. You are in Christ Jesus, a place of rest (remember you are seated far above all principalities), a place of abundance (remember the Lord is able to do exceedingly abundantly), a place of provision (remember all your needs are supplied according to the riches of this place) and a place of rulership (remember you are now at the right hand of the Father).

 

Many at times we say when God does this we shall do the other, well allow me to bring forth the good news, God has already done it all so now it is time for you to fulfill your vows, start wherever you are and this seed or this faith move will lead to the manifestation of the grand scheme of things. Let me show you that indeed God has brought you to wide space;

 

Isaiah 6:3 – And one called out to another and said, “Holy, Holy, Holy, is the Lord of hosts, The whole earth is full of His glory.”

 

The seraphim was talking from a heavenly view, from the throne where the Lord is and where you actually are.

 

Galatians 4:4 – But when the fullness of the time came, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the Law,

 

You see as far as the Lord is concerned, we live in the fullness of time. We live in the time of as it is in heaven it is on earth. You really have no excuse not to bring gifts to the Lord. However like I said, incase you are in that place of lack or not having enough to give as you really would want to, then not to worry, I will give you the key to manifest the greater and the key to ignite your spiritual destiny into the life of abundance that God designed for you. Stick around, Glory to God.

 

You might be wondering why I started off with the scripture from Psalms and what it has to do with the honor of Prophet Elvis Mbonye, yes the cat is out of the bag, this post is about honoring Prophet Elvis Mbonye. I hope you do not get offended and drop off at this point because then you shall be missing out on a great opportunity to honor the Lord, Glory to God.

Psalm 76:11 – Make vows to the Lord your God and fulfill them;
Let all who are around Him bring gifts to Him who is to be feared.

 

I will explain, the Lord through King David told us to fulfill the vows we have made to Him and immediately after says we bring gifts to Him, the one who is to be feared, right? Like I earlier pointed out that many have vowed or at least have dreams and desires of giving so much to God or doing so much to God once they are blessed. I went on to show you that in God’s eyes, you are already blessed so really you are without excuse to give (Read Romans 1:20), at least start somewhere rather than waiting. Remember he who is faithful with little much will be given to him. You think you will be able to give millions if you have an issue giving a shilling out of the little ten shillings that you have? If you cannot give generously from what looks like and feels like scarcity, then there is no way you will ever give generously from your abundance, do not deceive yourself.

 

I trust that at this point we both agree that you are in a position to fulfill your vows to the Lord right? Those desires, those pledges, those dreams of giving in your heart whether vocalized or visualized are actually pledges recorded in the spirit. Now Psalm 76:11 goes on to say that we bring gifts to Him who is to be feared. Yes it is talking about the Lord but I will ask you one thing, how do you take a gift of a car, a cheque, a perfume or whatever gift to God? Can you carry that physical thing to heaven and leave it there? Absolutely not. Glory to God. This is why I present to you that this verse goes deeper than God, this verse is actually telling us that the way to honor God and fulfill our vows to Him is to bring gifts to a man, him who is to be feared. Are we together? Let me go deeper. You take tithes and offerings to the Lord, right, now do you take them to heaven or do you take them before a man of God?

 

Anyways, let us focus on Psalm 76:11, we have established that the gifts God is telling us to bring to Him, He is actually in a parable form telling us to bring gifts to the man of God. However, there is something crucially important that we need to capture. It is not just any man of God, there is a statement there we cannot ignore, it clearly says to him who is to be feared. The gifts are to be taken to him who is to be feared, the man of God who is to be feared. I know this will offend many but it is what it is. Let us therefore find this man of God who is to be feared and in so doing we find him that is due to receive the gifts.

 

Deuteronomy 18:17-22 – The Lord said to me, ‘They have spoken well. I will raise up a prophet from among their countrymen like you, and I will put My words in his mouth, and he shall speak to them all that I command him. It shall come about that whoever will not listen to My words which he shall speak in My name, I Myself will require it of him. But the prophet who speaks a word presumptuously in My name which I have not commanded him to speak, or which he speaks in the name of other gods, that prophet shall die.’ You may say in your heart, ‘How will we know the word which the Lord has not spoken?’ When a prophet speaks in the name of the Lord, if the thing does not come about or come true, that is the thing which the Lord has not spoken. The prophet has spoken it presumptuously; you shall not be afraid of him.

 

Even the Lord says come let us reason together (Isaiah 1:18) so please let us also reason together. The Lord says that the prophet who speaks and things do not come to pass has spoken presumptuously (in Kenya we say he has spoken rabbits) and that prophet should not be feared. This only then means that the prophet who speaks and things come to pass then has spoken what God has commanded him and that very prophet should be feared. Right?

 

Will I be wrong then if I said that we have just found out the man the parable of Psalm 76:11 is talking about? Remember the Lord speaks in parables that is why the Lord says it is to our glory to reveal the parables, let me show you and as you read this remember he has made us Kings (Revelations 5:10),

 

Proverbs 25:2 – It is the glory of God to conceal a matter, But the glory of kings is to search out a matter.

 

You see the Lord loves to hide Himself, actually that is biblical, let me show you then we jump back to Proverbs 25:2

 

Isaiah 45:15 – Truly, You are a God who hides Himself, O God of Israel, Savior!

 

So as I was saying, the Lord loves to hide Himself and that is why he conceals deep spiritual matters in parables and scriptures. This is the reason why we should suspend our mental faculties when dealing with the word of God because in it are hidden deep spiritual truths and secrets that only Kings can reveal and manifest to the people, glory to God. Now you know why Jesus always spoke in parables, glory to Jesus.

 

In Psalm 76:11 is a parable, a hidden spiritual secret I, King David the Greatest have just revealed to you. He who is to be feared is the prophet that speaks and what he has spoken comes to pass, Deuteronomy 18:22 just incase you have forgotten, glory to God. That is the one who should receive gifts from men, glory to God. That is the man of God whom God has chosen to receive the fulfilment of vows on His (God’s behalf), are we together?

 

One might argue, like many like to do that I have used an example from the Old Testament. Well, I will not get into that conversation for now but let me show you an example from the new testament that by the way actually shows that your prosperity is in the hands of a man of God and depends on your giving or honoring him,

 

Philippians 4:15-19 – You yourselves also know, Philippians, that at the first preaching of the gospel, after I left Macedonia, no church shared with me in the matter of giving and receiving but you alone; for even in Thessalonica you sent a gift more than once for my needs. Not that I seek the gift itself, but I seek for the profit which increases to your account. But I have received everything in full and have an abundance; I am amply supplied, having received from Epaphroditus what you have sent, a fragrant aroma, an acceptable sacrifice, well-pleasing to God. And my God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. 

 

Notice Paul talks of sending gifts and was quick to mention that he doesn’t seek the gift but the profit to the giver. Giving does not benefit the receiver but actually the giver, that is why Jesus said it is more blessed to give. Now I want to show you something very important here, Paul says that he, Paul, a man of God received the gifts and that they were well pleasing and sweet smelling to GOD. A man receives gifts from men but God says they are sweet smelling and well receiving to Him? So when did it become a God thing and not a man thing? That is exactly what I was saying in the paragraphs above. You should know a time comes when you are no longer dealing with mere man but with God, glory to God.

 

 

Now as you all know, Prophet Elvis is this man, the greatest prophet of this dispensation, The Elijah of our time glory to God. You might argue that I am preaching a man but I am simply telling you the truth, it is in your best interest to accept it, this is new wine, discard the old and enjoy the new, glory to God. Because Prophet Elvis Mbonye is that prophet to be feared, he qualifies then to receive our gifts and that is why I do it. That is why on the 1^st of September 2019, with fellow remnants from Kenya led by our Father, Prophet Ronie Kabwama (ooh how I love my Father Prophet Ronie), will cross borders and travel for over 12hours just to give gifts to Prophet Elvis Mbonye therefore fulfilling our vows to God, Glory to God.

 

Prophet Elvis Mbonye is worthy of double honor, why?

 

1^st Timothy 5:17 – The elders who rule well are to be considered worthy of double honor, especially those who work hard at preaching and teaching.

 

1^st Thessalonians 5:12-13 – But we request of you, brethren, that you appreciate those who diligently labor among you, and have charge over you in the Lord and give you instruction, and that you esteem them very highly in love because of their work.

 

This is why the remnants dress up well and take their best before the Prophet of God because in so doing they are expressing their love and worship for God whereas others think they are worshipping a man. We as remnants are taking our best gifts to the Lord, hallelujah!!! Remnants are doers of the word not just hearers, as remnants we do not deceive ourselves, we love God and we do as He desires, we honor, we bring gifts and we highly esteem our Prophet, glory to God. I believe I have shown you all scriptures to show you why we do what we do and we shall only continue to do. Infact in Greek (depending on your greek teacher hehehe) it is said, ‘Katandika butandisi’ or ‘ni mwanzo tu’, meaning it is only the beginning.

With this blog post, I would love to honor and acknowledge my Father Prophet Ronie Kabwama, thank you papa for introducing the nation of Kenya to the supreme unmatched grace of our Father Prophet Elvis Mbonye. We love you dearly. Kenya is truly blessed to have two wonderful, lovely, beautiful men of God. This is the love of God made manifest unto a nation, glory to God.

I have noticed that the first thing that many people think of when you mention or they hear the word “prophet” is “false”, actually almost 80% of people. I find it quite sad that the greatest gift that God ever gave to man, i.e. the prophetic has been so greatly disgraced in this day and time when it is needed the most.

By the way when I say the greatest gift,

Ephesians 4:8-12 – ………..And He gave gifts to men………..And He gave some as apostles, and some as prophets, and some as evangelists, and some as pastors and teachers….

I do not say best gift simply because it is the most mystical or fascinating of the 5 gifts God gave unto men but because God actually perceives it and has positioned it to be the best gift. He, God, says that the prophetic carries the grace to know all mysteries and knowledge (to know and to understand is to experience not merely speak or hear of) and He, God also tells us to covet spiritual gifts especially the prophetic, He is emphatic about the prophetic. Ever wondered why?

1 Corinthians 13:2 –  If I have the gift of prophecy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge;

1 Corinthians 14:1 – Pursue love, yet desire earnestly spiritual gifts, but especially that you may prophesy.

 

Is it not regretful that what God has so highly cherished, man has managed to somehow scorn and hate? There is a saying that goes like ‘save the best for last’. Do you know that is actually inspired of God? Even God saved His best for last, that is why His last witnesses are prophets and that is why He pours out His Spirit marked with the ability to prophesy in great measure in this age. Let me show you:

Revelation 11:3 – And I will grant authority to my two witnesses, and they will prophesy for twelve hundred and sixty days……

Acts 2:17 – And it shall be in the last days,’ God says, ‘That I will pour forth of My Spirit on all mankind; And your sons and your daughters shall prophesy…

 

What consoles me from this very troubling situation regarding how the prophetic is received is that fact that Jesus saw it and actually prophesied about it. Most times He talked about the end, He touched on the prophetic from the angle of falsehood.

Matthew 7:15 – “Beware of the false prophets………

Matthew 24:24 – For false Christs and false prophets will arise and will show great signs and wonders……….

2 Peter 2:1 – But false prophets also arose among the people………….

 

Now what baffles me is the fact that the average Christian has (majority of Christians have) decided to see the prophetic as totally false and fake just because we are severally warned about the false one in the bible. No wonder Paul asked the Galatians who bewitched you. How are so many people so quick to stereotype the prophetic movement and grace of God in this day and age as false and of the devil simply because of the biblical warnings about it?

 

I can only imagine that a father giving advice to his daughter who is about to experience and get into the dating scene would at some point mention to her, maybe severally, be careful of players or fake men or abusive men. Only a foolish daughter would interpret that to mean avoid all men, they are abusive and are players.

Or imagine freshly recruited bank tellers being trained and the bank manager tells them to be careful and watch for fake money and goes on to print a memo warning them that there will be a lot of fake money in circulation seeing that new notes have been released into the market. Honestly speaking, don’t you think that it would be borderline insanity for the bank tellers to totally reject all notes the minute they see them claiming and branding them fake without even experiencing them? Who avoids money because there is fake money in circulation? Actually truth be told only good things are faked, I mean I am not a conman but I would not waste my time faking valueless things, why fake that which is of no value or that which is of low demand?

 

As a matter of fact, do you know you will never know the difference between fake and real until you have experienced the real? Actually the more time you spend with the real the more conversant you will become with it and the more you will appreciate it. If you do not believe me, try using a phone branded Samsang and one original Samsung.

 

I dare say that the only reason the church as it were is seemingly being defeated or coming off as a weak entity and the reason many cities and towns remain unchanged is because of the neglect and contempt of the prophetic. This you will capture in clearer detail as you read on. If you read all through especially in the Old Testament, you will see how the prophetic was appreciated and honored. One might argue that the Old Testament is old and irrelevant but the same incense is also picked up in the New Testament. On the other hand, the person arguing that the old testament has been nullified by the new should simply tear off those pages from their bible. Do a quick scan through the bible you will see that no king went to war without consulting the prophet and you will see that Kings were appointed by the prophet among many other pivotal roles that the prophetic played including being the administrator of great signs, wonders, miracles and what one would correctly term as mysteries.

Let us look at one great example that the Holy Spirit has just dropped into my spirit now, glory to God

2 Samuel 6:14 – 23 – And David was dancing before the Lord ……. . Michal the daughter of Saul looked out of the window and saw King David leaping and dancing before the Lord; and she despised him in her heart. ….Michal the daughter of Saul came out to meet David and said, “How the king of Israel distinguished himself today! He uncovered himself today in the eyes of his servants’ maids as one of the foolish ones shamelessly uncovers himself!” ²¹ So David said to Michal, “It was before the Lord, who chose me …… therefore I will celebrate before the Lord. I will be more lightly esteemed than this and will be humble in my own eyes, but with the maids of whom you have spoken, with them I will be distinguished.” Michal the daughter of Saul had no child to the day of her death.

 

There is so much revelation in these verses it is amazing. However let us keep the focus for now on the prophetic. Above is captured the story of a young man who carried the heart of God, the face of God, the love of God. His name was David, King David, just like myself but that is a story for another day, glory to God. David was so consumed with God that he danced and embarrassed himself to the point where the first wife, Michal, mocked him and dishonored him and for that she earned herself a curse. If you carefully read the story of David you will see the reflection of Jesus in Him, for example

• Two men who carried the heart of God
• Two men who hated religion and traditions of man in the name of God
• Two men who went against what one would call the order of the day / societal norms
• Two men who represented God and were attacked for it
• Two men who slayed the giants that were holding man captive and controlling man (religion)

There are several things to note from the story in 2 Samuel 6:14-23

1. David was totally consumed by God and the love of God
2. Michal despised David first in her heart. What a beautiful name she had, she must have been very beautiful too. For a man who loved women to actually choose her as a wife, she must have been quite something physically. Anyways, my point here was that the despising started in the heart lest I also get caught up with describing beautiful women.
3. David had broken protocol and danced before or rather mingled with those looked down upon in society or those despised in society
4. The honor Michal refused to give David, David got from the other ladies and future wives and concubines. He was highly esteemed by them and they surely were rewarded for it
5. Michal earned herself a curse for despising and mocking the prophetic. She was barren, meaning she bore no children and had a fruitless life.

 

Now with the above 5 illustrations, allow me to draw a parallel to Jesus so that through the story of David you can see God was prognosticating the story of the messiah and the story of the prophetic which is what this particular blog post is really about. Glory to God.

 

Before we draw the parallel it is paramount that we firstly and beyond doubt establish that King David and Jesus were both prophets, Glory to God.

Acts 2:29-31- Brethren, I may confidently say to you regarding the patriarch David………..And so, because he was a prophet and knew that God had sworn to him……he looked ahead and spoke of the resurrection of the Christ……… 

There it is in plain English, David is recorded as a prophet, thank you Jesus. Now as for Jesus,

John 4:19 – The woman *said to Him, “Sir, I perceive that You are a prophet.

Jesus prophesied to the woman at the well and she was quick to pick that he was a prophet. She embraced the prophetic, i.e she embraced him and she was instantly changed into an evangelist that went on to change and win and entire town for God to the effect that Jesus spent some two days in that town. Remember earlier on I had mentioned that I believe cities and countries remain unchanged because they refuse to embrace the prophetic? There you go, a single woman who never went to bible school to learn about God but who simply embraced and welcomed the prophet Jesus changed the entire town. If God walked your streets, do you honestly think your neighborhood would remain the same?

 

Mark 6:4-5 – Jesus said to them, “A prophet is not without honor except in his hometown and among his own relatives and in his own household.” And He could do no miracle there except that He laid His hands on a few sick people and healed them

 

Here Jesus was talking in reaction to what He had just experienced in Nazareth. The natives had approached Him with familiarity and contempt and he goes on to tell the disciples not to worry because a prophet is without honor at home. Why would Jesus talk about a prophet when talking about an experience He just had, was He not pointing to the fact that He is a prophet?

John 1:48 – Nathanael *said to Him, “How do You know me?” Jesus answered and said to him, “Before Philip called you, when you were under the fig tree, I saw you.”

Here we see Jesus displaying the prophetic. The ability to see ahead. There are so many other examples of Jesus coming out in His prophetic nature but I believe the three verses have convinced even the father of all doubting Thomas’s. Otherwise why would the Pharisee try to prove that Jesus was not a prophet in Luke 7:39? If one still wants to argue with the fact that Jesus was a prophet then let him go ask a Muslim. I mean, even Muslims recognize Jesus as a prophet.

 

Now that we have established that both King David and King Jesus were prophets, let us draw the parallels between the two at least from the 5 points we had earlier drawn, even though there are many more,

 

1. Jesus like David was also totally consumed by God and everything He did was for God

 

John 5:19 – Therefore Jesus answered and was saying to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, unless it is something He sees the Father doing; for whatever the Father does, these things the Son also does in like manner.

 

2. Michal despising David first in her heart was the same reason why Jesus warned about the heart.

Matthew 5:28 – …….has already committed adultery with her in his heart.

It all starts in the heart. Hence why Proverbs 23:7 and proverbs 4:23 talks of the heart

 

3. Just as David danced before the low in society and expressed himself before them, so did Jesus intermingle with the prostitutes, tax collectors and thieves of the time. A thing that highly irked the hypocritical Pharisees just as Michal was greatly disturbed by David’s behaviour.

Luke 7:34 – The Son of Man has come eating and drinking, and you say, ‘Behold, a gluttonous man and a drunkard, a friend of tax collectors and sinners!

 

4. Michal the first wife, refused to honor King David. The Jews, the first wife of Jesus also refused to honor Him. Just as David got the honor from the other wives and women so did Jesus get honor from the Gentiles rather than from the Jews

Matthew 21:31 – …….. Truly I say to you that the tax collectors and prostitutes will get into the kingdom of God before you.

Matthew 20:16 – So the last shall be first, and the first last.

 

5. Michal earned herself a curse of bareness for mocking and despising the prophetic. This is what Jesus was warning us about and He continued to say that the repercussions of mocking the prophets is barrenness

Matthew 23:37-39 – Jerusalem, Jerusalem, who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together, the way a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, and you were unwilling. Behold, your house is being left to you desolate!  For I say to you, from now on you will not see Me until you say, ‘Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!’”

 

If you are experiencing bareness in any area of your life, then welcome the prophetic. Your business is not experiencing profits? Get the prophet and honor him. Your marriage is not bearing fruit? Get the prophet and honor him. You are experiencing lack in your life? Simply get the prophet and honor him.

Seeing that Jesus warned us about false prophets then it only goes without saying that the prophets I talk about in the paragraph above are the true prophets of God. You would not expect to get the above from a false one. So if you have been honoring a prophet and your life remains unchanged, then wake up and do the necessary, I’m just saying. The surprise in honoring a prophet would be your life remaining the same. Otherwise prosperity and fruitfulness should come as easy as breathing in and out, glory to God.

2 Chronicles 20:20 – …………… put your trust in the Lord your God and you will be established. Put your trust in His prophets and succeed. (NASB)

2 Chronicles 20:20 – ……………Believe in the Lord your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper. (KJV)

2 Chronicles 20:20 – ……………Believe firmly in God, your God, and your lives will be firm! Believe in your prophets and you’ll come out on top!” (MSG)

Now you understand why the prophetic is the most negatively publicized, poorly received and most hated of all gifts, it is simply because the enemy knows that the prophetic carries the key to totally change your life and bring you into a place of bearing fruit.

 

Yes Jesus said that we should be wary of false prophets. However the mention of false only indicates that there are true prophets, otherwise He would have simply generally said, be wary of prophets. You see the presence of false is only an indication of the presence of true and the need to falsify only shows the value or importance if that which is being falsified. Now that we have seen the benefit of the prophetic, how about we look for and embrace the true prophetic so that we benefit from it rather than shun the prophetic in the name of misleading religious beliefs, misunderstanding of the gospel and of-course fear of the mystical side of God.

 

I found one true prophet of God who is worth double honor. His name is Prophet Elvis Mbonye; check him out on YouTube, Facebook and twitter. He happens to be my father and it is another true prophet of God that introduced me to him, his name is Prophet Ronie Kabwama, who happens to be my Father as well search for him on Facebook and twitter as well. You see that is the thing about the prophetic, if handled from a physical or carnal understanding, it will offend you and make you stumble. One might ask, how does your father introduce you to your father and how do you now share a father with your father. I will address this in another blog post, for now, the best piece of adviceI can give you is this, when it comes to the prophetic and your desire or need to harness the most out of it, suspend you mental faculties, suspend your human logic and just dive in as an innocent child. Remember Jesus saying that the kingdom of God belongs to such as this (children)? That is why. 2 Kings 7 has an amazing story of a man who exercised human logic in regards to the prophetic and ended up missing the abundance and wealth that emanates from the prophetic.

May 13^th 2019

I realised I live a life of miracles everyday and so I have decided to be journaling no matter how small. I will magnify the Lord and put it out here. Why?

Psalm 34:1 – I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth.

So on the night of 12^th May 2019, we had a blackout and after the lights came back, we noticed that our decoder was not working. The gadget was not coming on, we tried changing the socket, power cable etc but nothing, it was evident the thing was fried. I was honestly not in the mood of spending money to fix it or buy another one for that matter. I would rather spend money on other things other than fixing spoilt things. Anyways we all went to sleep but I had purposed to check it out the next morning. So come the morning of 13^th May, after preparing and seeing my daughter off to school I walked back into the house with the decoder in mind. My 3year old son was with me. Again I tried switching sockets, plugs cables etc hoping that it would come on but zero. So I opened the store and got some tools (screw drivers and Allen key), disconnected the cables from the decoder and started working on it. My son was very excited and kept asking me if he can fix it. The young boy just gets excited when he sees tools and wants to try and open up anything in his sight. You should see his toys or rather what is left of them. He reminds me of myself, as a boy I loved to open up all gadgets I came across, I always wanted to know how they worked. These people talking inside radios, how did they get inside there? The people in the TV, do they live inside there and how do they all fit inside? Those are some of the questions that constantly ran through my mind as a child. I was good in opening stuff up but pathetic in putting it back together. Thank God my big brother was a certified engineer so he could always sort out my mess. The fact that I had a well abled big brother gave me such confidence and assurance in life. Do you actually know Jesus is our big brother and He is not ashamed of us and sorts out all our mess? He presents us blameless, perfect before God and set apart for God, how cool is that. This should give you extra ordinary confidence and boldness in life.

Hebrews 2:11 – For both He who sanctifies and those who are sanctified are all from one Father; for which reason He is not ashamed to call them brethren,

Colossians 1:22 – yet He has now reconciled you in His fleshly body through death, in order to present you before Him holy and blameless and beyond reproach

So anyways, we (my son and I) open the decoder hoping to diagnose the issue. Hoping to notice some noticeable fault like some sort of fuse that I was guessing had burnt hence why the thing isn’t coming on or maybe catch a cockroach feeding on wires (not that we have ‘many’ cockroaches in our house),  I unscrew my way into the gadget. As soon as I opened it up and saw the interior, I realized I have no clue what I was doing. I was just trying to be a typical man – fixing everything broken. By this time my son had taken off with one screwdriver and he was trying to open up any screw in his sight. This time he was behind the TV asking me, ‘Papa can I fix the TV?’ I told him ‘no, the TV is not spoilt, it is just off’, to which he replied, ‘OK Papa I will fix it’. Not wanting to steal his joy of feeling useful and helpful, I gave him an affirmative answer ignored him knowing he does not even have the skill (yet) to hold a screw driver uprightly leave alone use it.

 

Back to me and the fried decoder. Having hit me that I will have to take it to an electrician or replace it, I started to put it back together and close it up and screw it together. However, as I did, I was talking to God in my heart telling Him that I honestly need the thing to work because I do not have the money to take it to an electrician, I would rather eat a burger, plus it is just too much work to drive to an electrician to drop it there and collect it later. Besides it would also highly inconvenience the children because they will miss out on their favorite cartoons. I was basically pouring my heart out to God. I finished screwing it back and just for the sake of it, I put it back on power hoping that maybe I touched a loose wire or the damned thing fixed itself. Zero. Dead and cold as ice. Fried. My son asked me, ‘Papa have we fixed it’. I almost laughed at my guess work efforts yet the young man was watching super dad ‘fix’ stuff. ‘No baba but Father God will fix it or He will give us money to get another one’ I replied to him.

I like to slot in the name of God in our conversations so as to build his faith.

Proverbs 22:6 – Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.

I could see the disappointment in him as he asked, ‘so no cartoon for me today?’ as I went upstairs to take a shower. I completely forgot about it, I usually avoid thinking of what is going wrong or not playing out as planned . Why? Absolute waste of mental faculties and time.

Philippians 4:6-8 – Be anxious for nothing…………….. whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

 

If it is not good and lovely, then I am not giving it airtime in my mouth or space in my mind. After some 15 minutes I went downstairs and was welcomed by a wide warm smile and a bear hug from my wife, my Queen as she said, ‘my King you fixed it. It is so good to have a man in the house’. I received the hug and kiss gladly albeit surprised. Well I knew I did not fix it but I might as well receive the reward for whoever did. The look on my sons face said it all, he was equally surprised that the thing was working, just as I was or rather we all were including my Queen. My son had the look of, ’you mean it is fixed? Wow!! How? When? Who fixed this thing? I know for a fact it was not my Father but who cares I can have my cartoons now’

 

I personally could not believe it, it was working and actually showing pictures. Glory to God. My wife was so happy so I let her stay in that mood for sometime. I was also enjoying the ‘you are my hero’ treatment I was receiving from her. Some 10 hours or so later I told her, ‘you know what my Queen, I honestly did not fix that decoder, it was all Gods doing, I opened it up and realised I have no clue what I am doing leave alone looking at. So I just closed it up and asked God to fix it. I tried it on but it did not power so I knew we have to get a new one. I then went upstairs and moved on with life. I was equally as surprised as you were to find it working. Let me just be honest with you and not steal Gods glory. He fixed it, I did not.’

 

Ladies and gentlemen, that right there is my testimony, Jehovah my electrician. God can be anything you need Him to be, healer, provider, shield etc. Nothing is impossible with God and His hand is not too short to fix anything.

 

I accessed electrical services without money. Glory to God

 

Isaiah 55:1 – “Ho! Every one who thirsts, come to the waters; And you who have no money come, buy and eat. Come, buy wine and milk Without money and without cost.

The other day I experienced Jehovah my plumber. I have also experienced Jehovah my cobbler. I will share soon. I don’t know how you experience God but what I want to assure you is that God is there to be experienced, not merely theorized. This simple truth I learnt from my father, Prophet Ronie Kabwama who introduced me to the realms of consistently experiencing God, I love this great man of God so much. Scriptures came alive in our house when we started walking under his grace; we literally taste and eat the good word. You see one thing I learnt without any shadow of doubt from my father is that, God simply wants to bless us by experiencing Him and He simply wants us to love Him. Life is that simple. God can be and do just about anything and everything for you, if only you believe or dared ask Him.

 

I sense someone was surprised when I said everything changed for my household when we came under the grace of our Father Prophet Ronie Kabwama. Well, yes a man of God does carry a grace and you as a follower partake of that grace upon him. Please note the scripture below, it was Paul speaking,

Philippians 1:7 – Even as it is meet for me to think this of you all, because I have you in my heart; inasmuch as both in my bonds, and in the defence and confirmation of the gospel, ye all are partakers of my grace.

By the way the gospel has to be confirmed, your life has to confirm and NOT contradict the gospel. God is an experience not a theory.

I shared a personal healing testimony and showed how by Gods grace, I stood on and practiced 1st Timothy 6:12 and came out victorious glory to Jesus.

I promised part two of the blog post ‘Faith like a child’ and here we are, I want to confess I did not do as I know I should have. The testimony in part 1 was from last year and I promised to share an experience I recently had. You will then understand why I titled this post faith like a child. So a-few weeks ago days ago I was feeling off and I could not put my finger to what exactly the matter was, I assumed it was something spiritual but I honestly could not discern and pin point what exactly I was picking or feeling. You see at times God allows me to feel what others are feeling so I never associate what I am feeling with myself. Allow me to give you a quick example, I could be in the midst of a group of people and suddenly feel a pain in my body out of nowhere and then the pain would disappear as quickly as it came. When this happens I know that there is someone near me that needs healing in that particular part of his or her body. I therefore do as the Bible tells me to do……..

Mark 16:16-17 NASB – These signs will accompany those who have believed: in My name………. they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”

So as I was saying, a-few weeks ago I was feeling off. I tried to put my finger on it and discern exactly what i was feeling and why but i couldn’t. Was I picking somebody’s feelings, was I being warned of an attack on my health or somebody else’s? I honestly could not tell. So rather than stress about it or dwell on it, I ignored it and carried on my business as I usually do when it comes to anything negative concerning me. I simply move on and do not allow to be moved in the negative or feel in the negative.

Philippians 4:8 NASB – Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things.

I did not dwell on the fact that I was feeling off knowing that in due time God would reveal the reason as to why I was feeling off. Later in the evening my four year old daughter comes from school and in her usual fashion, she comes straight to my bedroom, from where I work, to say hi.

So she comes up and the first thing she tells me is ‘Papa today I was tired. I was feeling tired in school. I want to sleep and rest’. Those are very strong words for a four year old to use. I must admit, looking into her eyes I could tell something was cooking and I did not like it. I bath her and as I dress her I notice that she is shivering like a leaf, I put on the heater to keep her warm and even after dressing her fully, the shivering persists. I carry her downstairs and tell my wife, the Queen, to serve her dinner so that she can sleep early and get some good rest. After 10 minutes I go back down to check on her. I find her sleeping and hot, one look at her and I knew my daughter was very sick. Now I understand why I was feeling off earlier on, it was connected to her.

She manages to eat what she could gather enough appetite and energy to. In my little attempt to make her comfortable, I hold her and she tells me, ‘papa put oil on me and pray’

James 5:14 NASB – Is anyone among you sick? Then he must call for the elders of the church and they are to pray over him, ^[a]anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord;

My wife and I have trained our children in the ways of the Lord, we make sure that even at their tender age, they know that Gods word is real and not what they necessarily feel or see. By the grace of God we managed and continue to bring up and train our children in pure truth. That God wants the best for them and that they already have it, they just need to exercise faith to manifest it. Our 3-year-old son for example knows how to lay hands on the sick and preach. Many times I have walked in on him and found him ‘preaching’ to teddy bears and toys as he holds his small bible on his hand shouting at the teddy bears as he puts his hands on them, ‘ii  ild Yisas aim‘. He means to say be healed in Jesus name.

Just last week I got a praise report from our daughters (Gabby is her name) teacher. Apparently Gabby is in the habit of praying for the students in the class and laying her hands on them. One day the teacher came in with a flu, having lost her voice as a result. Gabby asked he ‘teacher, can I pray for you?’ The teachers agreed and Gabby put her hands on the teacher. The teacher said she said Amen in faith and by the grace of God her voice came back within hours with the flu having cleared. The teacher also shared with me that there is a particular boy who used to regularly get sick due to chest complications and as a result miss school severally. One day he got extremely unwell during class and Gabby, our four and a half year old daughter prayed for him casting the sickness out of his chest. The next day the boy came back to school whole and hearty and he has never taken medicine ever since then. He was completely healed. Isn’t God and faithful. Let it be on record today that Gabby started her healing ministry at the age of four and a half. I give God all the glory.

Proverbs 22:6 NASB – Train up a child n the way he should go, Even when he is old he will not depart from it.

Anyways, let me get back to the main story, You know I have been saying my daughter as if I got her by myself so let me correct that, besides my wife is about to check into this story, I might as well include her in the my daughter phrase hehehe.

So Gabby our daughter asks for prayers and oil, remember the point where I was holding her to make her feel comfortable and she asked ‘Papa put oil and pray? Yes, so we all go upstairs, my wife and I and all the three children. I pray over them and anoint them with oil all including myself. I cast that sickness out of our daughter Gabby and speak healing. However nothing immediately changes. We proceed to do our family evening devotion all the while Gabby is sleeping or rather trying to sleep looking very uncomfortable, extremely uncomfortable. After devotion she says she wants to eat so we go back and give her some food.

You know God always answers our prayers, at-least the ones prayed in accordance to His will i.e the word.

2 Corinthians 1:20 NASB – For as many as are the promises of God, in Him they are yes;………………………….

God at times sends us signs to show that the prayers have been answered but we unfortunately  many times miss out and fail to even give thanks. Let me use this as an example, I had prayed for healing and believed for the same but because I did not see immediate restoration as I has expected on my daughter, I assumed the healing had not manifested. Earlier on remember I said that Gabby was not able to eat well. Now after prayers and devotion she asked for food. Is that not a sign that something has happened? I admit. I allowed sight and emotions to get to me and could not even see that the fact that she had asked for food was evidence that the healing had kicked in.

So we went down and served her some food. I asked my wife to make Gabby a ginger, honey and lemon mix to help with her throat because by this time Gabby was already sounding like a 14 year old boy breaking his voice. My wife looks at me straight in the face and says, ‘she does not need it. She is healed, she is ok’. You know there are eyes a woman can give her man and the man would be a complete idiot to speak anything against the last statement that came before the ‘eyes’. Married men can bear me witness. Maybe I should do a post on ‘the eyes of a wife and the meaning  behind different facial expressions of a wife’.

Moving on, so like a dog tucking its tail under its hind legs, I kept my cool and hushed. My wife is the full ninja, do not mess with her (another blog post perhaps). I was not sure whether I really agreed with my wife that Gabby is ok and did not need ginger, garlic mix or it is for the sake of peace (read fear) that I agreed and kept silent. In my defense I can even quote scripture,

Proverbs 20:3 NASB – Keeping away from strife is an honor for a man, But any fool will quarrel.

I did the honorable thing, I aint no fool. hehehe. I was not going to speak anything against her resolve and the eyes.

In my temporary ignorance (the power of life and death are in the tongue), I tell my wife, ok Gabby does not need the ginger mix but I do, make me some. I think I thought because Gabby is now sick and I was feeling off earlier, it only meant that I am next in line. I do not even know where such a silly thought came from. ‘I am next in line to get sick’, really?

2 Corinthians 10:5 NASB – …………………………. taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ,

Next time you have such thoughts, just apply 2 Corinthians 10:5. Do not allow any thought that does not match up with the truth in Gods word to settle in you, give no airtime to negative thoughts, allow no fear to creep in. I allowed myself to think in the negative and even took precautions to mitigate my fear of being next in line to get sick.

As I carry Gabby upstairs and she says to me, ‘papa I cannot be sick, I refuse to be sick, Father God healed me, and even today He will come and heal me’. Ooh my, I felt so proud of our daughter, what great faith she was displaying. She was putting her faith to work and i was busy asking for honey, lemon, ginger and garlic mix.

After 3 hours she woke up crying, I believe due to discomfort because I found her with a high fever. I went up, held her and cast the fever out and glory to God it reduced. I have learnt that in this faith journey one has to activate a crazy attitude, you will speak to the most random of things and at the most random of situations. If Jesus spoke to a tree who am I not to tell a fever to leave my daughter? Anyways, she took some water and said to me, ‘papa, father God is healing me, we will not go to hospital‘ then she slept again.

I went down stairs and the first thing I asked for was my ginger mix. A four year old who is showing signs of being sick is convinced she cannot be sick and a thirty five year old who is showing no signs is convinced that he will get sick. This is the point where I believe stupid is a spirit and it was on me. I should just have stood in agreement with my wife that Gabby did not need it and nobody else did for that matter. I took my drink, had my dinner and slept.

In the morning Gabby woke up all strong and full of life. True to her faith and words, God worked on her during the night, Glory to God. As for me, true to the fear I allowed in and the garlic mix I ‘needed’, I woke up with a flu. Hahahaha, I actually laughed at myself. A 4 year old was reaching out for faith and I was reaching out for ginger, garlic and lemon drink. She got her healing and I got the flu.

Numbers 13:30-33 KJV –  ^{………………………} And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight.

In the scripture above, God had already given the land to the Israelites, however the spies allowed fear to creep in, they saw themselves as grasshoppers in the sight of the giants and as a result the giants saw them as giants too. Notice the Bible is very clear, it says, ‘we were in our own sight as grasshoppers and so were we in their sight…’…….. What you perceive is what you will receive, what you desire is what you acquire, what you believe about yourself is what you will be and live, what you fear is what you will hear, what you see is what you get, what you mind is what you find, what you fan is what you earn.

Gabby slept in faith. She knew she would be healed and she woke up healed, totally restored, happy and all over the place like nothing ever happened. I slept in fear of getting sick and I woke up with a flu. Needless to say I was on ginger and garlix drinks for the next day 3 days.

Later that day I noticed her nose was running and she kept pulling back the mucus. I told her, ‘ mama come I blow your nose‘. Guess what she told me? ‘No, papa, I do not have a flu, I will not blow.’. Talk of being challenged head to head by a 4 year old. Then she says, ‘do not worry papa, I will tell Father God to take your flu away, kwani you are still sick?’  In humility and embarrassment I reached out to sip my garlic mix.

I am still amazed at the faith of our 4 year old, child like faith.

Through this incident I was been reminded that child like faith is all we need, it is all God desires of us. Take God at His word and speak it, do not try and figure out the details or possibilities thereof. If God said so, then it is so, simply receive it. Keep logic and ginger mixes out 🙂 lol.

Mark 9:24 NASB – ….Immediately the boy’s father cried out and said, “I do believe; help my unbelief.

If there be any unbelief in you, I bind it in the name of Jesus. Be free and believe the gospel. Accept the good news as is, stand on it.

3 John 1:2 NASB – Beloved, I pray that in all respects you may prosper and be in good health, just as your soul prospers.

May the Holy Spirit help us conquer the spirit of unbelief, doubt and fear. Refuse it and reject it the minute you sense it, smell it or see it. Do not allow it, I have learnt my lesson the hard, you do not need to. It is Gods will for you to prosper and be in health.

Child like faith

Have you ever thought that no matter how old we get we will always be Gods children, the Bible never mentions Gods adults or teens, we are constantly and consistently referred to as Gods children. You are a child of God. We must mature as Christians but maintain childlikeness when it comes to matters God i.e take God at His word like a child takes the fathers words and promises. Simply and innocently choose to trust and believe.

If you are sick, lay your hands where you are sick and cast out that sickness out, do it in faith and receive your healing NOW in Jesus name. AMEN.
